Thank you so much for your support and interest in Creative Clips Digital Clipart. Creating graphics is truly my passion and I am so
thankful that my graphics can help you create your own visions! Please read the following Terms of Use carefully.

All Creative Clips Clipart graphics are creative property of Krista Wallden and cannot be resold or distributed. Creative Clips
Clipart cannot be used to create new clipart, borders, frames, digital papers, fonts or graphics of any kind. Creative Clips Clipart
cannot be used in promotional marketing, graphic products, logos, etc. of other clipart artists’ brands. *Sellers who create their own
clipart AND sell lesson materials MAY use Creative Clips Clipart in their regular educational resources. Creative Clips Clipart is
available for personal and commercial use in digital products according to the following Terms of Use:

Educational Personal/Commercial Use: Creative Clips Graphics may be used to create educational resources to be sold on websites
such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Teacher’s Notebook, etc. or offered as free educational resources on similar websites or blogs. All
images must be incorporated into a new, original resource and cannot be sold as printable graphics alone. Images must be secured as
a JPEG or PDF file to protect my designs and your investment in my artwork. Resources must have a clear educational purpose
where my graphics complement your own creation, rather than being the main component for your product. I have created the
table below for reference, however, if you have additional questions about acceptable educational use, please contact me:

Acceptable Use Not Allowed **

Printable educational worksheets, center activities, progress Printable stationery that is not part of a lesson or specific

** You may create and use my clipart for ANYTHING listed above WITHIN YOUR OWN CLASSROOM OR HOME. However, you cannot distribute
or share the items in the right column with others as products or freebies.

Blog Use: Creative Clips Clipart may use used in your own personal blog design, but may not be used for commercial blog design
services. Basically, if you create your own blog design, you may incorporate my clipart, however if you sell or create blog designs
for others, you MAY NOT use my clipart. When my clipart is used on your blog, you must include credit to Creative Clips Clipart by
Krista Wallden with a link to my TpT store: http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Krista-Wallden on the homepage of your
blog. Including my button in your sidebar is also appreciated but not required.

Creative Clips Clipart CANNOT be used to create graphic design products which includes, but is not limited to, t-shirts, stationery,
Zazzle products, Vistaprint products, printable decorations, stickers, stamps, etc. unless being used for personal use and is not
distributed to others on a public platform.
