The construction of Brownfield Distribution Centres in South & East Zone for retail business
includes warehouse building with office spaces and utility services required for DC
operations.
Execution includes
2. Survey layouts received from design team should be physically cross checked at site
7. Developer scope of works to be noted and progress should be checked & recorded.
1 Power available at the SITE either through DG /SEB and should be within acceptable
limits
4 Detailed scope of works to be confirmed from property team along with schedule for
RFC.
1. The execution includes Civil / interior / M E P works as per the given BOQ.
4. Materials –
4.1 All materials to be used should confirm to RIL specifications /requirements and will
be supplied by the contractor (Refer Approved Materials and Specifications)
4.2 Shall mobilize construction materials like Brick, sand, cement, metal, water etc. to
site as and when required
4.3 Procure and make available all necessary materials for execution works at sites as
per agreed terms prior to the commencement of work
4.5 Excess / scrap materials to be taken away / disposed after certification by the site in
charge /EIC.
5. Resources -
5.1 Vendor to ensure sufficient manpower / teams required for execution will be recruited
and trained for the execution of jobs
5.3 Provide Site engineer/s to ensure HSE requirements, quality Checks and progress
monitoring and MIS to RIL’s program management
7. Contact Details of Key personnel and complete set up for E-mail and communication
1. The Vendor has to complete the entire agreed Scope with in a time frame as
mutually agreed as per contract.
2. Delays in executing the project will attract penalties as defined in the contract.
Defect Liability Period shall be 12 months after issuance of Completion certificate by RIL

3. Vendor to carry our work at site in compliance with the safety and statutory
requirements of RIL .They shall arrange safety gadgets and protective gear for their
workmen
4. The vendor to follow Work permit system and the persons working at heights are
trained and certified by the vendor prior to commencing the work
5. Vendor to ensure all the statutory records are available and maintained and the
same has to be provided to visiting officials of RIL and Statutory inspectors.
All external masonry walls : 230mm / 200 mm. thk Brick / Concrete block masonry
walls by constructing with first class burnt brick masonry in cement mortar mix
ratio of 1:6 at all heights and depths for retaining walls, wall footings, parapets,
partitions, steps, drains, manholes, trenches, etc., including raking of joints, curing
and all necessary scaffolding at all heights as directed.

All internal walls : 115 mm thk. Brick / 150 mm Brick/ solid concrete block masonry
walls with coping by constructing with first class burnt brick partition wall of
thickness 115 mm in cement-mortar mix ratio of 1:6, including providing & casting
100mm thick "patli beam" using 4 nos. 8mm dia. tor steel & 6mm dia. MS rings at
150mm c/c at every 2100 mm height/as per Joinery details, including racking of
joints, curing and all necessary scaffolding at all heights as directed.

give an even shade including preparing the surface, applying primer coats, etc.

4 Painting
Painting the metal conduits with flat oil paint of approved shade including surface
preparation , all material , labor etc. complete to the satisfaction of the EIC.
Providing and fixing 52.5mm/65 mm thick Gypsum sheet partition at all heights
above plinth level to close the truss height gap in order to separate the Air
Conditioned FOH and Non Air conditioned BOH area. Scope of work includes
providing and fixing one side taper edge 12.5mm thick Gypboard® Plain is screw
fixed with drywall screws on to Square hollow pipe (40x40x 14 gauge) frame placed
at 3000mm center to center in direction of length & 1000m c/c in direction of
height with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. The hollow pipe
sections are to be welded to the existing truss as per site conditions and also
additional supports are to be taken from the brick/ block wall beneath for giving
5 Partitions stability of the partition. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be
jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which include filling and finishing
with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat (as
per recommended practices of Saint- Gob India Gypsum. The scope of work
includes painting of the square hollow pipe with one coat of Red oxide/ Zinc
chromate primer & 2 costs of synthetic enamel paint before fixing of the GI sheet,
necessary scaffolding, safety gears, welding equipment's, tools and tackles,
consumables etc all complete all as per directions of EIC. As work is to be carried
out at height of 6-10m, adequate safety precautions is to be taken by the
contractor and prior permission with method statement has to be taken from EIC
prior to start of execution.
Aluminum Partitions:
Providing and fixing aluminum partitions with medium duty aluminium sections
101.6 x 44.45 mm of jindal 4655,4656 or equivalent make(approximate weight 1.3
kg/rmt) having 20 micron bronze anodisingwith verticles of 900 c/c. The bottom
portion shall be 1000 mm high of12 mm thick particle board light grey shade
lamination on both sides.The middle portion shall be 1000mm high 5 mm thick
6 Partitions float glass. Thetop portion upto the soffit of false ceiling shall be 12 mm
thickparticle board light grey shade lamination on both sides etc.Compelte as per
drawing and specifications.
Bison Panel Partitions: Providing and fixing Bison panel partition 12mm thick with
all tools tackles over the box section 50x50x6mm, PPE's etc complete as per the
instruction of EIC. Detail scope as per the Contract.
Vitrified Flooring: 600x600. polish/matt /Anti Skid finish for Walls Floors and Walls
Providing and laying vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mmthick including
cost of tile cutting, 25mm-thick bedding in CM1:4, filling the joints with matching
color pigments etc. complete as directed by EIC.
Providing and Laying 25mm to 40mm thick hand cut rough kota stone ofsize
600x600mm in flooring laid over 30mm thick 1:4 Cement Mortar.
9 Skirting Kota Stone Skirting :Providing and Fixing of 19 mm thick machine cut and machine
polished approved Kota stone Skirting, stone fixed by fully buttering cement grout
on back, to correct line, level and 6mm projected from plastered surface. Joints
are well cleaned grouted with matching colour approved readymade grout, curing,
machine / hand polishing, filling zari, cleaning and where specified and as shown in
drawing exposed edge of stone rounded / chamfered and polished all complete to
the satisfaction of the EIC. 100mm high kota stone skirting
Rolling Shutters
Providing and fixing 16 gauge weld mesh of size 1/2" x 1/2" to 11/2" x 1 1/2" as
applicable and as per drawing with MS Angle size of50x50x6 mm and MS flat size of
30x3 mm at Max. spacing of 0.5m c/c. both directions including cutting, fabricating
Weld Mesh and fixing with anchors atfloor and ceiling in allignment or welding with side

Caging supports complete as per instruction. Rate to include two coats of painting with
approved shade synthetic enamel paint over two coats of red oxide.etc

2HR METAL FIRE DOOR + 200 X 300 MM VISION PANEL + 2 POINT LOCKING PANIC
BARS
Providing and fixing of HOLLOW METAL 2 HOUR FIRE RATED DOORS SINGLE LEAF at
all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer. Fire door should be as per IS
3614 part-1 & part-2 and BS 476 part 2 or EN 1634. Recommended fire door shall
be tested and certified by an accredited/ approved third party. Door frame shall be
double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made of min. 16 gauge galvanized steel
sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs with provision to
be mortised, drilled and tapped. Door leaf shall be 46 mm thick fully flush double
skin door, manufactured from 18 gauge galvanized steel sheet. All doors and
frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer
and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door
leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test. HARDWARE
fittings for single leaf door: Fire rated Hinges 3090 F, 5 Knl, 2 Ball bearing butt
hinges size 4" x 3" x 3mm SS 304 and 1 no of Fire rated Mortise Dead lock 288,
55mm BS/20mm sq. fornd, SSS and 1 no of EP Cyl. 3515, 5pin one side key & thumb
turn Length=70mm, SNP and 1 no of Escutheions ZS 6612 for Europrofile cylinder
SSS and 1 pair of Pull handle D type TGDI-D300, b/b 22dia, in SSS 304 and 1 no of
Door closer TS 72 EN 2-4 with Std. arm and 5.4mtr of Self adhesive sponge seal for
frames 188S, 1 mt length, Black all specified hardware fittings of Dorma make. Rate
shall include for providing necessary hardwares etc complete as per drawing or as
directed by the EIC. Consider average door size 1200 x 2400 mm. Rates do not
include vision panel and panic bars device.
17 Toilet To be followed as per the Drawings. The height of ledge wall to be 1500mm. The
vitrified tiles wall cladding to be carried out as per the finishing schedule.
Toilet Cubicle:
Providing & Fixing F/L-type toilet cubicle 1000mm width x 1500 mm depth door
size 1700mm height 600mm width overall height of cubicle 2003mm including
Merino bottom gap of 150mm made of 12mm solid compact laminate panels including
20 doors with nylon polyamide black accessories, aluminum top rail gravity hinges
partitions
nylon privacy thumb turn c/w occupancy indicator, coat hook, door knob,
adjustable pedestal, aluminium u channel black anodized, aluminum door stopper
channel black anodized, rubber door stopper lining, screws & wall plugs. Make
Merino / equivalent approved by RIL
21 Windows Providing and fixing 6mm thk graphite blue ST136 HS glass sliding window with
aluminum sections with 35 micron PVDF coating and with necessary accessories
and including cost of hardware, fixtures etc. complete and as directed by EIC.
Areas except toilets : 32mm solid core doors with 1.0mm approved laminate on
both sides. The door to have 4 No. heavy duty S.S. Hinges , Mortise,
Doors cylindrical lock , door closer. Vision panel of size 300x 300mm to be provided with 4
22 mm plain sheet glass for selected doors as per EIC.
Shutters
Toilets : 32mm solid core doors with 1.0mm approved laminate on one side and
synthetic enamel paint on other sides with 4 no. S.S. hinges , Baby latch with “open
& close “ indicator. Or ready made toilet cubical with all accessories.
M.S. Steel doors with 16 gauge M.S. sheet of approved profile including fittings
fixtures tower bolts, locking arrangement, aldrop, hinges etc. including two coats of
Steel Doors in synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of red oxide

Sub Station primer have been considered. (M.S. sheet to be provided on one face only has
been considered). However, all steel doors in Sub Station shall follow EB
requirements.
Toilet wash basin Counters or any counter other than wooden counters to be

M.S. railings 1.0m high of 50 mm dia medium duty M.S. pipe top rail , 32mm dia

2 CABLE TRAYS/ Cable trays are to be hanged from the Roof structure or fixed through with
RACEWAYS the Walls.
Cable Trays: 'Supply,Installation, testing and commissioning of Perforated
Cable Tray, GI, 1.6mm thick for Electrical Cable with all accessories
including couplers, Reducers, Bends, Joints, Tees etc Complete (Supports
shall be measured Separately)
Raceways: Supply and Layiny of Cable Raceways of 16 SWG GI - solid , with
GI cover for IT/SLP signal cables, with all accessoroes for suspending from
ceiling/laying under floor including cuttinng and back filling and making good
by PCC, with supports @ 1.0 mtr
3 CABLES LT Cables: Supply and Laying of 1.1 KV Grade PVC insulated FLEXIBLE cable
with copper conductor as per IS - 694. The cable shall either be 'laid in trench
0.5M wide 0.75M deep / RCC 'Hume pipe of size 150mm / ready -made cable
tray with proper clamping. Rate shall be inclusive of cable tags, clamps, etc.
Cable tags shall be of aluminium engraved sheets (2mm) tied at regular
intervals. 4C and 3.5C with various sizes.
4 WIRING Lighting & Power Socket Wiring: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning
of Power sub mains and circuit wiring with laying.drawing of wire through
heavy duty FR PVC conduits/ via available light Tracks/ raceways/ cable
channels . The rate is inclusive of all proper clampings and installing materials,
accessories, labour etc for circuit wiring using PVC insulated,stranded , FRLS,
flexible copper conductor wires of 1100V grade drawn by using pull wire thru
conduits, etc. This rate does not include cost of conduit and socket outlet. 2 x
2.5 + 1 x 1.5 sqmm & 2 x 4.0 + 1 x 2.5 sqmm
5 DB FIXING DB :Supply, Installation , testing & Commissioning of various Distribution
Boards ( DB) - wall mounted, IP 42 degree of protection, double door, metal
enclosed , 415 V, of approved make ;The cable alley/termination strip shall be
suitable for the required size and number of outgoing cables and/or circuit
wiring through conduits with various sizes as per drawings
6 DG INSTALLATION DG will be provided as FIM by RIL. The cabling as per specs needs to be
provided from DG to Main LT Panel through Hume Pipe or Trench with Cable
trays. DG body and Neutral earth pits to be provided. Earth test report to be
submitted.
8 IT SLP Cabling CAT 6 Cables for IT and Camera will be provided as FIM from RIL. The same will
be layed in the separate raceway/conduits.
8 core X 16/0, 0.20mm ATC,PVC Insulated cable for access control system and
2 Core X 1.5 Sq.mm, ABC, PVC Insulated & Sheathed for Fire Detectors
2 Core X 1.00 Sq.mm, ABC, PVC Insulated with Polyster tape for Public
Addressing systems.
9 Lt panel LT Panel will be provided as FIM from RIL. The same will be commissioned by
the Electrical contractor. The connection to the LT panel from the Landlords
power TAPOFF point through cable trays wall fixed or landlord provide Trench.
10 Earthing Body Earthing of LT panels/DG & DBs: Supply, Providing, installing, testing and
commissioning of GI pipe earthing station including excavation,back filling,
40mm internal diameter GI pipe of 3 mts long,construction of inspection
chamber chamber cover (CI) ,disconnecting link etc., as per IS-3043/spec. by
RRL.
Earthing for DG Neutral & UPS: Supply, providing, installing, testing and
commissioning of copper plate earthing station using 600x600x3.15mm Cu
plate including excavation, backfilling, construction of inspection chamber,
chamber cover (CI), disconnecting link etc., as per IS-3043/spec. by RRL.
11 Switch Socket Office Purpose : Supply & installation of 6A/16A, 3/5 pin switch & socket on
Installation modular board with all materials, accessories, labour etc for flush/surface
mounting.
Light Controller : Supply and Installation of Piano type 6A ONE / TWO WAY
switch with moduler switch board with all materials, accessories, labour etc for
flush/surface mounting.
12 Server Rack Material FIM from RIL. Contractor to comply RIL standards like
Ferruling/Dressing and labelling.
5 GI PIPES Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of G I pipe ( IS 1239 ) HEAVY Class
including cutting, welding and jointing with all fittings i.e. tees, bends, elbows,
flanges, reducers etc. Complete incl painting of pipe with one coat of primer and two
or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade including
fabrication of all MS structural steel work for clamping, supporting and hanging the
pipes with MS rods and dash fasteners etc. all complete incl cutting holes in brick or
RCC wall / slabs and making good the same as directed by the engineer in charge. (

INITIAL TESTING
The system should be tested before use by charging with water to a pressure of 700 kPa
(7 kgf/cm2) measured at the inlet for a period of at least 12 Hours.
During this period, an inspection of the system should be done to check that no leakage of water
is taking place at any of the joints or landing valves and the pressure in the system.
FIREFIGHTING EXTINGUISHER
