market is very big and business is sustainable cause there will be new cities upcoming
in the next few years include (compounds ,malls, clubs, schools and etc…)
Potential customers as coffee shops big or small restaurant for each branch can buy
from 15000 till 30000 L.E annually on the software product and services about 3000 for
each branch also there will be other types of shops (malls, schools, clubs& compounds)
market segment big enough to make profits in the present as well as in the future.

The potential market for our business is huge due to expansion in build new cities and
coming of very famous brands to Egypt to compete they need quality programs Other
that there are very big number of them now need to develop their system to compete
with in the sustainable market as the economic environment is very good now
A lot of small coffee shops didn’t apply any system or local system due to they have
background that these kind of systems is very expensive and don’t have the type of
people the can work on these kinds of systems so A direct comparison of demand with
supply is made to gauge market gaps, where Gap there is a gap between local systems
and brand system if we can fill small coffee shops with our product that fit it this will be
a very huge market will reach to 100 thousand place.

Due to our experience in coffee shops business ,we have connection with most owners
and managers this will give us facility to reach to them with our old connection but price
and features of fooodics software will help in promoting foodics products to different
types of food business (Food Truck, bakery, fine dine restaurant )as differentiation
products also we have to choose our market positioning to be in the mind of our
customer when want to build a new system or substitute old system with ours (here we

May be price or equipment cost or the system has the same features of existing
