ACADEMIC YEAR 2010-2011 TERM 1 ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

PHASE 1: APPLICATION (ALL COLLEGES EXCEPT FOR COLLEGE OF LAW)

STEP TASKS
1. SUBMIT all application documents* in a long brown envelope.
1.1 2. SECURE referral slip from the Graduate Admissions Office (GAO) to pay for the application fee.
APPLICATION / 3. PRESENT the referral slip and PAY the application fee at the Accounting office (St. La Salle

Application for scholarship is processed simultaneously with your application for admission. There are no available
scholarships for international applicants.
6. WAIT for your respective college department secretary to contact you after a minimum of

DEPARTMENTAL scheduled GAT to inform you of your interview date (if any) with the Program Coordinator.

INTERVIEW The test results form part of the submitted documentary requirements for review. The results of the Admission Exams are
classified/confidential and cannot be discussed nor shown to the examinee at any point.
7. GAO will post the reference numbers of admitted applicants at the GAO webpage within or
