This 100 plus year old Bank is looking to hire talented and ambitious individuals for the following
position:

Oracle Database Administrator

 Candidate should be Graduate in any stream.

 Mandatory for the candidate to be an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
 Candidate should have 2- 5 years’ experience in handling database environment
independently.
 He / She should not be more than 30 years of age.
 It is mandatory that the candidate has hands-on experience on Oracle Database 11G / 12C
Enterprise edition.
 Candidates with RedHat, Linux admin knowledge will be preferred.
 Candidates with knowledge of Flexcube database maintenance will be an added advantage.
 He / She should have general understanding of RedHat operating system.
 He / She should have experience in:
o Installing and upgrading the database server and application tools.
o Allocating system storage and planning storage requirements for the database system.
o Enrolling users, maintaining system security, controlling and monitoring user access
to the database.
o Modifying the database structure from information given by application developers
and create and manage table space.
o Monitoring and optimizing performance of database, managing and monitoring
replication, managing AWR (Automatic Workload Repository) for trouble shooting.
o Monitoring and resolving “blocking locks” in database.
o Planning for backup and recovery of database information. Maintaining archived data,
purging and re-indexing.
o High availability management of cluster, DR switchover exercise / drill.
o Generating reports by querying from database as per need.
