Chengdu ShuangLiu Hengsheng Forging

Company was established in 1992, which is a
company specializing in forging. We have 8
professional production lines, which includes
18 tons open-die hammer and 18 tons close-
die hammer.
Our factory mainly produces and runs forged
pressure pipe fittings which are made of stainless
steel, titanium alloy, alloy steel or carbon steel and
other series of forgings; our mainly forging products
include: flange、shaft、disk、cross、turbine buckets、
tubing head、casing head、gate valve and so on. All
of products are produced according to American
standard ASTM、European standard 、Chinese
standard GB、JB,etc. Products beyond these
standards can be produced according to the technical
materials that clients provide. And we also have the
API 20B、20C and CE certification.
We use only good quality raw material from
our strategic suppliers with good quality
control and stable processes. All incoming
material will be 100% verified by heat
number to ensure the chemical
compositions are in accordance with the
relevant specifications.
Marking transfer runs through the whole
manufacturing process.

Our team is lead by four principles engineers
and 15 senior and junior technicians. Working
together with the Sichuan university,
professors and experts. We have been
obtained patents for 8 utility models. In
addition, solidwork 3D software and ANSYS
special software are adopted to design
products and to finite element integrally
analyze the parts, in which way the design
quality has been improved.
 Gas heating furnaces are monitored and
controlled by computer programs to ensure
precise heating within set time and
temperature range as required.
We have a wide range of electro-hydraulic
hammer (18, 8, 5, 3,2, and 1 tones etc.) and
operation machines (20, 10, 5 and 3 tones
etc.) for more specific service requirement.
With the software, proper deformation,
forging ratio, ingot size and weight, forging
tooling and equipment will be determined to
ensure the wrought structure throughout and
sound quality.
