 COURSE SUMMARY

COURSE DETAILS

High Threat CQB is paradigm shift in tactics based on human behavior that provides both an
offensive and defensive advantage. It makes use of adjustable speed, limited penetration, focused
entry, and high survivability tactics that are based on worst-case combatants as a default. It is a
battle proven, hybrid American-Israeli system that is significantly different from the “conventional”
dynamic method.

This course takes what has been recorded in actual CQB engagements and develops tactics,
techniques and procedures that allow operators to fight an opponent without having to fight their
own instincts and intuitions. It is heavily interactive with focus on safely moving and shooting
around fellow operators and third parties, use of force and tactical decision making, and
maintaining the option to press forward or contain threats without becoming a close range
battle of attrition. 

HIGH THREAT CQB PATROL BASIC: 2-4 Day Course

Focused on one and two person clearing in deliberate to dynamic situations that
involve routine to sudden high threat and rescue situations.

HIGH THREAT CQB PATROL ADVANCED: 2-4 Day Course

Adds low light, outdoor navigation, aggressively moving and shooting in
crowds, “rescue speed,” and advanced tactics and techniques.

This course prepares individuals and impromptu teams to deal with active shooter
events in a behaviorally compliant, rapid, and aggressive manner.

TREVOR THRASHER

Trevor Thrasher’s prodigious high level experience

includes military, law enforcement, and civilian
security details. Thrasher is an Army Special Forces
veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, a seasoned police
officer with assignments including street crimes,
training academy instructor, SWAT operator, and
extensive work in a top level protective organization
operating in high threat environments. Thrasher
is highly regarded as an expert in the fields of
close quarters battle, counter terrorism, protective
operations, firearms, and combatives. He is the
creator of the paradigm changing Reality Behavior
Based Conditioning (RBBC©) model, and High
Threat CQB training programs.
