Supply, laying, testing & Commissioning of 1.1 KV Grade PVC insulated

Aluminium conductor (XLPE) steel armoured power cables as per
specification. The rates quoted shall be for laying in trays, cable trenches
(indoor and outdoor), pipes, etc. For buried cables, the excavation work will
be included under the heading "Civil works for outdoor cable laying."

2.3 CABLE END TERMINATIONS :

Supplying and providing the end terminations with copper lugs for all the above

Note: The contractor has to order the termination after getting the actual count as
per the site requirment. This being a measure & pay contract. Any excess material is
not considered for payamount.

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of wall mounted type, Double door
Distribution board (concealed / partly concealed) for lighting control / small power
control. The DB shall comprise of TPN copper busbars as applicable, of adequate size
and brass neutral link with suitable number of taps and screws. The board shall be
made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel which shall be suitably reinforced. The DB shall
be equipped with incoming and outgoing MCB's & Circuit identification tags/cable
markers etc. The distribution board shall be as per relevant IS & electricity authority
requirements. An extra link shall be provided inside the DB for earthing purpose. An
over all cover made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel with flush type screws. The rate
for board shall include supply and installation of all components, with MS doors such
that MCB's are not visible, hardwares, etc. including all connected civil works,
equipped with the following and as per standards.

4.0 SWITCHES/ SOCKETS

4.1 COMMERCIAL MODULAR TYPE WITH WHITE FACE PLATE:

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of power points by providing following

switches/sockets mounted on suitable size anti-corrosive coated Metal boxes fixed
flush/surface on to the wall with all fixing and wiring eith proper terminations using
copper lugs and required accessories. Labeling to be done in Radium stickering.

5.0 SUBMAINS/CIRCUIT MAINS/POWER WIRING :

Supply and running of 1100 V grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires in
2mm thick FRLS PVC conduits , as per specification. The rate shall include supply and
installation of all materials like conduits, wires, fixing accessories, etc. The wiring

should be done using ferrules and the termination at both the ends of the circuits
should be done using proper copper lugs as detailed in Clause of above mentioned
specification.

7.0 CABLE TRAYS

Supply & erection of the following sizes Perforated / ladder type cable tray made of
16SWG GI sheets and finished. The rate shall include all accessories (like bends, tees
etc) as required. Necessary supports, brackets, angle iron, suspension are not to be
included in this item.

Note: The erection rate for all the cable tray items shall also include hitech or
insulated supports of suitable sizes at an interval of every 600mm, necessary grip
bolts, grid plates and all other mounting & fixing accessories complete as required.
