INFORMATION

The undersigned accused EDGAR BASTONERO and CARLOS TIRADOR of the

crime of robbery with homicide, defined and penalized under ART. 294 of the
Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 13th day of September, 2019, in the

City of Manila, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, conspiring
together and mutually helping one another with intent
to gain and by means of force, violence and intimidation
employed upon the person of one Johnny Escolar, did
then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take,
rob and carry away the following articles to wit:

One (1) cellular phone

One (1) wrist watch

To the damage and prejudice of the said Johnny Escolar,

that by the reason and on the occasion of the robbery,
the herein accused did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously with intent to kill and
treacherously attack, assault and use personal violence
upon said Johnny Escolar by then and there stabbing
him several times with a knife in the chest, thereby
inflicting upon him mortal wounds which were the
direct and immediate cause of his death.
