VIII. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION : PORTFOLIO DAY AND GPTA MEETING ..3RD QUARTER

IX. OBJECTIVE : 1. At the end of the activity, the parents and other
stakeholders will be able to appreciate the outputs
of the pupils.

2. The teachers and parents should be able to come

up with agreements related to school projects
and policies for the benefit of the school as a
whole.

X. BRIEF NARRATIVE REPORT : The GPTA meeting for the Third Quarter started at
8:00 a.m.
The agenda were the following:
1. Pintakasi
2. Gulayan
3. SBM Update
4. Contests Won
5. Feeding
6. Financial Obligation
7.Early Registration

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 am.

After the meeting, parents looked at the gallery of outputs made by the pupils.

XI. CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED: Parents with negative attitude towards the

programs and projects of the school.
XII: SUGGESTIONS: Open communication with the parents regarding the advocacies of
the school.
