1) Project Title: Valence (France)

Role: Business Analyst (Domain: IT)

Overview:

Valence Conduent is one of the leaders in Fare Collection &Intelligent Mobility Solutions.
Seamless Transportation System is high interoperable and build on a modular e-ticketing platform,
making it easy to integrate new technology as needs change. Every day, millions of commuters buy and
use tickets, creating massive amounts of data around daily transportation habit. Using open technology,
Conduent deliver faster, safer and more convenient payment alternatives for public transport.

Responsibilities:
Role towards client/business team (requirements elicitation & product demonstration):

• Conducting elaboration/exploratory sessions, conducting workshops with subject matter experts to

elicit business needs.
• Support the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement those
requirements.
• Prepare Business case preparation, data flow diagrams, etc.
• Assist the Product Owner in defining the Product vision and roadmap.
• Assisting the customer to perform User Acceptance Testing by ensuring them the environment
access, relevant data sets, etc.
• Product knowledge transfer to the customer. Training the customer on a new feature being
introduced.
