The Target Customers and the main value proponents

The first launching of the product will be held at Calawitan National High School so the target customers
would be the students, teacher and staff of this school. But, the moment that the young entrepreneurs
had their outside branch/branches, the target customers will not only the three mentioned before, but
also the people of any age in San Ildefonso.

The product would be of different varieties freeing the customers about what’s into their taste buds. For
the customers at school, the product is available on hand of the entrepreneurs and they may have it
during their break time. For the outside customers, they may have it with the member/s who has
assigned for the specific location at any time. Other from other places aside from Calawitan and Calasag
may pm their order with us so we can deliver it to them. There will be no reason for them to not taste
the salivating and captivating product.

V. Market Demand and Supply, Industry Dynamics, and Macro Environmental Factors

Rivalries and competitors are part of the business. They brought every entrepreneur to the comoetitive
edge. Inside the school, this business has actually lots of rivalries that challenge the skills and capabilities
of the entrepreneurs in the business world. We have the other groups of entrepreneurs and the school
canteen also as the competitors of our product. Outside the campus, we have the other entrepreneurs
who have their ‘suki’ on their business. We are all offering different products, other are budget friendly.
Some had the quantities as their advantage. And some had the quality of their product. But knowing
that ours was a new concept above all, this will make our product unique and click to their taste buds.

Luckily, our suppliers doesn’t have the control with our business success since the ingredients of our
product are all common and we can have another supplier in case that the ingredients we need were
already sold from our primary supplier.

Product description

Kikeyk is a unique hotcake that would surely pique the interest of every customer. It has its own
varieties of flavors such as ube, starwberry, and pandan. These flavors will make kikeyk a more
salivating product that of any hotcake around the place. The selection of flavors as well as its
ingredients are well detailed so as to ensure that kikeyk will bring consistent quality, competitive
price and product gratification to the customers Different varieties with a reasonable price will
take us to our advantage with our competitors.

Future Product

As of now, kikeyk will have its business on one or two barangays only but as we grow further it
may have the whole town. When the business attain what it supposed to attain, we plan to add
or offer another set of flavors to feed our customers with many choices.

Product Justification

In this place full or entrepreneurs, is really hard to assume that your business will succeed on its
mission Bat, one thing is for sure people still exist. Those practical people are very cautious with
the price of every product that they would like to buy The competitive price of kikeyk together
with its quality that we will guarantee will ensure the stability of our business. No retailers
would stop retailing to our business.

VII. Enterprise Strategy and Enterprise Delivery System


Competitor is the person who takes part in an athletic contest. The business will not be strong if
there's no competitors because of the competitors entrepreneurs should think what are the
best strategy that they will do for their business. The product (hotcake) will be popular because
entrepreneurs have their strategies to earn high profit and to be a strong group of
entrepreneurs. The strategies that they’re going to use are price, promotion, distribution, and
sales. For the first strategy, price, entrepreneurs will sure that the price will be budget friendly.
Second promotion, enterpriser will promote the product through social media and social
relationships. Third distribution, businessman will deliver it or sell it through face-to-face or
personal selling. And for the last sales, entrepreneurs will be a new distributor so they will prove
to the customers that the product is surely worth it to buy so through that they will earn the
respect and good feedback.

Our enterprise is expecting that after the business period, we are going to have 12
percent return on sales and 40 percent return on Assets as well as in Return in Equity. We only
expect to have a little percentage of return, because we need to attain it by the settled deadline.

IX. Environmental and Regulatory Compliance

To assure that our product is clean and safe. It will undergo some quality and sanitary test.
Hotcake is one of the favorites of everyone and as we served this product we need to be sure
that our product is good enough to satisfy our customers. We are using a good quality and clean
materials and ingredients in making hotcakes and for our presentation, we are going to use
some eco-friendly materials such as banana leaves and etc. Also we will conduct some DO's and
DONT's to be followed by our members and as much as possible we are working to have at least
the barangays business permit.

X. The Capital Structure and Financial Offering: Returns and Benefits to Investors, financiers,
and Partners

We're living in world where appearance was almost the basis of all attractions. In business
world, it's not always the price, the quality or the quantity that matters with the customers.
Most of the time, they're being attracted to the physical appearance of the product so to
survive on this business world we must meet the customers standards. We will make our Kikeyk
not only a high quality hotcake with a budget friendly price but also a hotcake that would attract
every customers' eyes that with just its appearances it will make them salivate!

Since the group will act as the investors financiers and partners of the enterprise, each of the
member should have an equal contribution on this business. The members should have their
16.67% share for the capital of keyk. That will equal to the amount of Php 50.00 and this
amount wouldn't hurt our pockets. The equipment is not included with the share since we have
our technology provides and applicator in our group that has the equipment needed for our
business.
