acquire own lease, sell and convey real and personal properties, as may be necessary or
incidental to the conduct of its operations.

I also state that the sources of income as stated in the articles of the corporation are from
donations, grants, benefits and other gifts from foreign and local sources to finance and sustain
its programs and other charitable activities, primarily for the allowances of its missionaries and
to cover the expenses of the organization.
