Sir :

With reference to your request for quotation for the above subject, we are pleased to submit the
following for your consideration.

I. One (1) Lot - Supply of materials, labor and supervision, use of tools and equipment required
for the Relocation of Equipment and Piping Works. Details base on
following scope of work, terms and condition.

II. Scope of Work

A. Relocation of Equipment and Re-piping Works

1. Dismantling and re-installation of the following;
 2 units – Steam retort
 3 units – Steam kettle (Nos. 1, 2 and 6)
2. Installation of pipe supports for steam line
3. Installation of additional 2ӯ steam main line for the relocated steam kettles.
4. Re-tapping of existing steam line to relocated equipment.
5. Installation of 1-½ Ø” x 3m steam line to cutting machine with isolation valve.
6. Installation of additional air vent and safety valves outlet line and pipe supports to be
discharged above the roof (to the atmosphere).
7. Replacement of existing 1-½“Ø main condensate line within the food processing area.
8. Painting of new pipes with high heat aluminum paint.
9. Insulation and cladding of new steam and condensate line main header.
10. Replacement of insulation and cladding of main steam line affected by relocation of pipes.
11. Modification of existing legs of two (2) units – steam retort.

B. Construction of Trench
1. Construction of additional trench located at the rear side of kettles (0.19m W x 3.75m L).
2. Construction of additional trench located at the front side of steam retorts (0.3m W x 7.0m L).
3. Fabrication and installation of steel cover for new trench located at the front side of retort.

C. Fabrication of Trolley

D. Insulation and Cladding of Two (2) Units - Retort

1. Dismantling of insulation and cladding of two (2) units – retort.
2. Layout and cutting of cladding.
3. Rolling and grooving of cladding.
4. Replacement of damaged stiffeners of insulation and cladding.
5. Insulation of retort.
6. Cladding of retort.

E. Steam Trap Station for Kettles

1. Supply and installation of steam trap station from kettle to condensate header.

IV. Terms of Payment

50% Down payment

V. Completion
We shall exert our best effort within our control to finish the above scope of work within fifteen
(15) working days after receipt of firm order, required down payment and settlement of all
technical and contractual details.

VI. Conditions

1. Exclusions:
- Replacement of damaged branch steam lines
- Replacement of leaking valves of steam and condensate line
- Replacement of condensate line outside the processing area
- Replacement of kettle drain line
- Steel covers of trench at the rear and left side.

2. Customer to provide the following at site free of charge:

- Temporary facilities
- Water supply
- Space for site fabrication
- Electric power (220VAC, 60 Hz) and water supply for our domestic use
3. Any work aside from those mentioned earlier in our scope shall be considered extra work and
subject to additional charges, price of which to be determined later.
4. Delay in the completion of our work due to causes beyond our control and / or not of
our makings shall be excused.

VIII. Validity
Price quoted above is subject for confirmation before the order is placed and the corresponding
down payment is received.
