Fruits

Fruits make up a large position of our diet and did you know that many foods that we
consider to be vegetable are actually fruits? Fruits can be eaten raw, frozen, stewed,
cooked and dried. All fruits may be classified into many groups like simple fruits, fruits
that has developed from the ovary of a single flower. Simple fruits may either be fleshly,
like plums and peaches, or dry, such as walnuts and hazelnuts. Aggregate fruits, fruits
from several ovaries of one flower that produces many tiny fruits clustered tightly
together, example of this are blackberries and strawberries. Multiple fruit is one formed
from a cluster of flower. Each flower produces a fruit, but these mature into a single
mass. Examples are the pineapple, fig, mulberry, Osage-orange, and breadfruit. Berries
are another type of fleshy fruit; they are simple fruit created from a single ovary. The
ovary may be compound, with several carpels. Also fruits are the means by which these
plants disseminate seeds. Many of them that bear edible fruits, in particular, they have
propagated with the movements of humans and animals in a symbiotic relationship as a
means for seed dispersal and nutrition, respectively, in fact, humans and many animals
have become dependent on fruits as a source of food. Fruits account for a substantial
fraction of the world agricultural output, and some have acquired extensive cultural and
symbolic meanings. In common language usage, "fruit" normally means the fleshy
seed-associated structures of a plant that are sweet or sour and edible in the raw state,
such as apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, bananas, and lemons. On the other
hand, the botanical sense of "fruit" includes many structures that are not commonly
called "fruits", such as bean pods, corn kernels, wheat grains, and tomatoes. The
section of a fungus that produces spores is also called a fruiting body. Fruits are
generally high in fiber, water, vitamin C and sugars, although this latter varies widely
from traces as in lime, to 61% of the fresh weight of the date. Fruits also contain
various phytochemicals that do not yet have an RDA/RDI listing under most nutritional
factsheets, and which research indicates are required for proper long-term cellular
health and disease prevention. Regular consumption of fruit is associated with reduced

have been such a major part of the human diet, different cultures have developed many
different uses for various fruits that they do not depend on as being edible. Many dry
fruits are used as decorations or in dried flower arrangements, such as unicorn
plant, lotus, wheat, annual honesty and milkweed. Ornamental trees and shrubs are
often cultivated for their colorful fruits,
including holly, pyracantha, viburnum, skimmia, beautyberry and cotoneaster.

Fried Fish

First, prepare the ingredients on the table like fleshed fish, salt, oil. If the ingredients are
ready, clean the fish with clean water and take the then rub the salt all over the fish
including the insides. Salt is so useful in preparing fish because salt can kill bacteria
inside and outside on the fish. After cleaning the fish, heat oil in a wide frying pan, when
the oil is hot, put-in the fish. Cover the frying pan to avoid flaming but make sure to open
it a little so that the steam can come out. Fry each side in medium heat for about six to
eight minutes. To the best result, wait until don’t hear any sound, it means that the liquid
in the fish is gone and the fish is crisp. Then remove the fish in the pan and arrange in a
serving plate. Then, ready to eat. If you want any design in your dish, put any ingredient
that you want to make it beautiful and delicious.

My life in St. John Paul II College of Davao

My life in St. John Paul II college of Davao is so meaningful it because there are so
many wonderful memories in this school. My first day that I went that school is in
enrolment time and that day, I spend too much time, but I finished enrolling in one day
only. In first day of school at St. John Paul II College of Davao, I meet one teacher only
and that subject is algebra and that day, my classmate is shy to characterize their self to
everyone. And because of one subject that we meet that day, I decide that I went home
early. And the next day, there are few teachers that arrive and meet me but not all. First
of all, my expectation of my classmates is engineering students but suddenly, my
classmates are information and communication technology students but there are few
engineering students. I have many friends in this school St. John Paul II College of
Davao, and some of this is IT students. My first friends on engineering students are
Cahilog and Cabug-os. We went to library to study or answer some assignment or
plates in algebra. In the first quiz in my major subject, I got highest score and because
of that, I think that I pass this subject and make good grades of this subject. In the first
semester, I got good grades in my entire subject and the best subject of all is algebra
and philosophy because I got high grades in this subject. My grades are 2.0 for algebra
and 1.8 for philosophy. In second semester, my classmate is finally engineering
students. For me, this is the time that we meet each other’s. Second semester is the
terrible semester for me because this semester I have advance algebra and my teacher
is Engr. Joselito Lim, the dean of the engineering department, but, Engr. Lim is the best
teacher of all because of his teaching technic, energy, and powerful aura. I pass his
subject and got a good grade. I’m so happy because I pass his subject. But suddenly,
some of my friends fail this subject. I enroll in summer class and I got two subjects only.
In first, analytic geometry is so difficult for me because I absent in the first day. My
teacher in analytic geometry and plane and solid geometry is the same, he is Engr.
Paulo Monteros. He is a good and cool man. He is a genius but lazy teacher. But for
me, he is a very good teacher because he loves his students and he love teaching to
his students. I pass the analytic geometry in the grade of 2.7. Now, I enroll in Deferential
Calculus and my teacher is Engr. Infante, an ECE graduate, new teacher in St. John
Paul II College of Davao. For now, I got my strength to my family and friends to support
me to my studies and finished what I am started.

If Mayor Rodrigo Duterte will be the president of the Philippines, there are many rules
and law was change or develops. Federalism exists on the Philippine if Mayor Duterte
won the presidential election. And are senator and government officials will evicted or
kick out on the congress. DDS will exist in the Philippine or DDS will change in PDS
(Philippine Death Squad), because for Mayor Duterte, this is the only thing or the best
solution to stop the big production of drugs in the Philippine. And I’m sure that there will
be so many report of killed drug pusher and drug dealer, and every day there is buy
bust operation in the for the big syndicate in the Philippine. Big help for the farmer if
Mayor Duterte will become the president of the Philippine because farmer have a right
for the land that he work for a long years. Mayor Duterte extends the program for the
farmer and that program is DAR or Department of Agrarian Reform. Mayor Duterte will
develop this program and make sure that the wish of the farmers that the land that he
works for a long year will be given to the farmers. In the Philippine, there are so many
problems in the public or national road, and Mayor Duterte will develop the road but
renovation is a big program and I’m sure that it will be done in a long years. The number
one program of the president is public schools, hospital and free checkup for the poor.
And if Mayor Duterte will win the president election, there is so many investors go in the
Philippine to invest her and make a good relationship with Mayor Duterte. And go back
to transportation, Mayor Duterte will develop our land transportation, and I’m sure that
Mayor Duterte will give big funds for it. He develops the road, bridge and train. And for
tax, no changes in the function and computation of tax, but the sanction of the illegal
payer are will be times two of their tax. In business, Mayor Duterte in Davao City will
prides itself with the 72-hour-limit for acquiring business permits, such that failure on the
part of the local government to do so would merit having to directly explain to the mayor
himself reasons for such and in terms of laws, he said he plans to prioritize the Freedom
of Information bill if he runs and wins in 2016. In addition, he would also prioritize
effective public transportation such as trains, railways and the renovation of airports.
Mayor Duterte promotes the liquor ban in the Philippine and the sanction of this is
community service or imprison. And the Philippine is the most safeties country of the
world if Mayor Duterte will win the presidential election.

Day – Objectively Describe

Day is used as a basis of elapsed time. We can say that it is day time when the sun is
out and shining. Day can be determined by reading the calendar where, we have seven
days in a week and thirty to thirty – one days in a month. Day is symbolized by the sun.
During day time, people are alive and happy like the sun and during day time, people
are busy doing their work and having different life style. And during day time, people are
having their work out in the morning to be physical fit. Unlike the night time, day time is
the best time to enjoy the heat of the sun especially during summer. People are going to
the beach in summer because of the rise of the sun and only day time that happen. Day
is also very important in every living organism. For everyday all work is done like doing
food for the plants. If there is no day, plant cannot create their food, sunlight is essential
in making their food. And if plant doesn’t have food, they can’t grow. And if plants don’t
grow, we too, people will suffer. Also sunlight is important to us usually in the skin,
because sunlight has Vitamin D, and this vitamin is good for the skin.

Night – Subjectively Describe

Night is symbolized by the moon. Night time is best described as a romantic moment for
couples and family. The stars and the moon looks like a big pearl shining in the dark
ocean of the night. In the city, big city skyscraper’s light creates magnificent scenery.
But night means to darkness. Night screams the loneliness. It frightened coward people.
Cold wind, creepy roof, slamming doo and windows drives them crazy. If people are
busy during the day, it says that spirit and unseen creatures reigned all the places at
night. At night, people are sleep and we feel the wave of the ocean and the breeze of
the air at night. The darkness of night is symbolized of scared time of the night and you
imagine that the grudge is going out of the dark. At night, dead is alive and the dead is
going anywhere at night. Night is the best time for relax because of the silently and
peace of the places.
