General Description
TTS Wireless is currently providing telecom and software engineering solutions to Tier 1 US wireless
Carriers, including Network Design, Integration & Post Launch Optimization activities, utilizing specific
tools and methodologies for maximizing efficiency. Additionally, TTS Wireless supports, validates and
develops Enterprise Tools and Methodologies for Radio Access and Core Network Purposes.

Mobile Networks fast pace towards 5G massive deployment, dictates the rapid expansion of the existing
LTE Network, leveraging additional macro LTE Layers and extensive Small Cell deployment. As TTS
Wireless is currently performing LTE/UMTS/GSM carriers addition, sector add and cell split in Tier 1 US

JOB DESCRIPTION – ERICSSON RAN ENGINEER 1

Operators Ericsson Markets, we are looking for a middle-senior telecom professional who will actively
assist our Ericsson team to overcome preparation, Integration and troubleshooting challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities

• WO, CIQ and RF Designs validation
• eNodeB and RNC/BSC Scripts preparation and activation
• Alarm Troubleshooting & Post Launch Performance Validation
• OSS Parameters validation against Operators Golden Standards
• KPIs Monitoring & Performance verification
• Communication with Field Crews before, during and after Integration process
• Attend Operator’s delivery Calls, by providing engineering support and Troubleshooting
• Radio Access Network Issues ticketing and proper escalation to customer
• Reporting to Operations Manager and Unit Lead

Special Position Requirements

• This is a 5-day working position, including 1 or 2 Saturdays per month
• Daily shift starts at 5am for 1-2 times week

• At least 3 years of experience in Ericsson OSS

• Proficient user of English language (writing, speaking)
• In depth understanding of LTE/UMTS RAN functional details
