1. Please ensure margin money as mentioned above is collected in full or cheque duly realised before offering
the delivery.
2. Please deliver the asset only after collecting the insurance, IDV to be minimum 95% of the asset invoice
value exclusive of taxes and duties with our endorsement marked as "Loss Payee".
3. Please deliver the asset to the customer or his authorised person after collecting all relevants document.
4. Please note that this delivery order is valid only for 15 days from the date of issue.
5. Please obtain Proof of delivery in delivery challan.
6. Please send the invoice, delivery challan and Insurance Cover Note to our address mentioned below
within 3 days from the date of invoice.
7. With the acceptance of this Delivery Order you confirm your acceptence to the Terms and Conditions to
the agreement signed between us.
8. Please provide RC book(xerox) latest within 1 month of sale.
