Based in Adelaide, and reporting to the Team Leader Solution Design we have a rare opportunity for an agile
and innovative Product Application Engineer to join our high performing Solutions Design team.

In this national role you will provide pre-sales support and solution services for projects involving Schneider-
Electric products and assist the Technical and Professional Services team in the design, preparation,
specification and presentation of technology solutions for projects and customers across the country.

Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:
 Previous experience in a similar role
 Commercial experience in design, costing & specification of electrical systems
 Knowledge of Australian cabling practices and standards
 Practical experience with and understanding of the commercial tender process
 Knowledge of lighting, controls and power distribution technologies
 An understanding of the electrical and construction industries
 Sound drafting skills and proficiency with AutoCAD
 The ability to write detailed technical/commercial reports
 Qualifications in electronics or computer systems

The flexibility to travel interstate as required is essential.

You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you thrive in a dynamic, fast paced
environment and enjoy working on multiple projects with diverse stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

You are highly organised and manage competing priorities well; an effective problem solver, you enjoy the
challenge of identifying or creating solutions.
