Within our SKILLED Engineering division, Thomas and Coffey Services and ATIVO
specialise in delivering managed maintenance, fabrication and engineering services to
a range of industrial, mining and manufacturing customers. With branches in most
states of Australia, Thomas and Coffey Services and ATIVO employ more than 1200
skilled trade, professional and support services people.

Their services include:

 Industrial maintenance and trade services - including asset management and

optimisation as well as preventative maintenance activities such as shutdowns/
down days, equipment servicing, machinery repair and inspection.
 Workshop services - including plant and equipment rebuild/ repair production
of spares and consumables, fabrication, machining, welding, air-conditioning
and refrigeration, and electrical work.
 Project management and execution - including processing infrastructure, plant
and facility construction, relocation and upgrade, civil and building works,
major repair/ installation and plant outages.

Our two year Graduate Program includes four different formal assignments, each of
approximately six months' duration. Please note, this will most likely require
relocation throughout the two-year program.

 Rotation areas for hands-on involvement will include operations (e.g.
maintenance shut-down projects), estimating/ pricing, contract administration/
quality and marketing/ business development.
 Graduate Development Program with a strong emphasis on personal
development
