TRAINING MATRIX ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT 2018

A. TITLE OF THE TRAINING
SCHOOL BASED ORIENTATION ON CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
B. TARGET PARTICIPANTS AND NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
The target participants in the Inset Seminar are the following:
1 School Head
7 Teaching Staf

C. PROPOSED DATE AND VENUE

a. The Orientation And training will be on November 23, 2018 , Friday, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at San
Juan Elementary School at San Juan, Malvar, Batangas.

D. FUNDING RESOURCE

a. School’s Canteen Fund for Faculty Development will be the source of fund for food and other
materials to be used during the orientation and training.

E. PROPOSED BUDGET

a. A budget of 70% of the Canteen Monthly Faculty Development Fund of July amounting to Php 700.00
b. Php 300 for food
i. 100 materials and other expenses

F.REGISTRATION FEE
There will be no registration fee since the orientation and training will be shouldered by the Canteen Faculty
Development Fund.

G.PROPONENT
The proponent of this Training is the Guidance Counselor together with the members of San Juan
Elementary Teaching Force.
H.RATIONALE
The faculty and staf of San Juan Elementary School holds seminar which aims to strengthen and updated on
the classroom management issues which was reflected on the IPPD of some teachers. For this year,
classroom management seminar will be on the last Friday of November 2018 or the Third Quarter of the
Calendar Year.

I. OBJECTIVE
At the end of the Classroom Management Seminar, the participants are expected to
 be strengthened and update on the 21st century classroom
 develop fair and organized classroom
 ensure that insights gained from the seminar can be used on knowing what to be look like and
what should be in the classroom during the whole year
