Because we operate in four global regions, we need to employ motivated individuals for a Purchasing
Manager position. A Purchasing Manager provides technical and administrative assistance to a
purchasing department by assisting with purchasing, shipping and customer service. We perform
various purchasing and shipment of digital equipment, electronic and household goods required and
mentioned from client. We supply components, raw materials, and equipment requested by client or
necessary for company’s business.
Reporting to the Supervisor, the employee is responsible for coordinating all supply chain management
activities including, ordering, purchasing and shipment. Under general supervision, performs
procurement goods and services from local stores or central suppliers such as household goods,
furniture, appliances, electronics, computers and other items that require specialized handling.
This position includes regular contact with supervisor to inform and be informed as to the needs of
the clients, such as regular and expected delivery schedules and any special circumstances that will
affect the shipment of products or resources. You must be able to verify, track and account for all
materials or merchandise involved with sustaining the operation of the employer's business.
Performs additional duties as assigned: expense management; analyze and assist with budgeting
and controlling operating costs; assist in maintaining standards and quality of effective purchasing;
assist in create a custom tree in your local area; assist in Company brand development and service
advertising; assist in opening of new offices in your local area.
The purchased goods need additional processing, such as pasting bar code, re-packaging, sorting, etc.
The equipment/goods should be shipped in suitable packaging for the type of equipment/goods.
The Employee is responsible for the one-stop services from accepting the orders to making shipment.
You shouldn't pay for shipping because all items will be shipped by prepaid shipping documents
provided from company. It is the Employee’s responsibility to dispatch his equipment to the branch
when called. The shipping specification will be sent to you from your manager.
Money: You will be working with company's money only. Necessary money will be provided from
Company’s budget before products buying. You will be working with company's bank account. We do
NOT require any money from your own pocket. The funds for making purchase and all the products
payment should be transferred to the employee first, so one can actively prepare for purchasing. All
payments for goods or services will be made from funds transferred from company BEFORE purchase
and should be available prior purchase. The Company reimburses your other expenses for additional
materials, packaging, driving, and other.
Workplace: This is Work-At-Home or Freelance position. At this point your location doesn’t matter. You
are required to perform your duties at your home or main work or any other place as may be more
suitable for you.
Salary: As of September 2010, www.salary.com listed a national average salary of $46,000 per year
for Part-Time and $54,000 per year for Full-Time Certified Purchasing Manager occupations in
Manufacturing and Distribution field.

● USD 44,000 /per year plus additional bonuses/commissions for Part-Time.
● USD 52,000 /per year plus additional bonuses/commissions for Full-Time.
Your salary will be paid monthly or once in two weeks by paycheck or direct deposit. We do not provide
the benefits package as other workers, sick leave, life and health insurance, and pension plans. In
addition to receiving salary, we offer cash bonuses and commission rate above monthly salary.
