 How do you conduct yourself in the immersion?

In conducting myself in the immersion I prepared myself. Being punctual in the immersion it is
important because to avoid late in the immersion also to show that I am serious of my
responsibilities as a student. I always think positive so when I am work immersion I can focus
and I will avoid on being lazy, and complaining to them. I will listen to their instruction so I can
do my work properly also I will take seriously and listen to them carefully.

In our work immersion I will not talk to others about negative opinion and I will not talk
personal issues in the immersion. In the work immersion there will be a mistake that will
happened but I have to accept learn my lesson so will not do again my mistake. I will control
myself in being freaking out when there will be a busy day for us because sometime I do
something that is not good. I will follow their ways on how their work and knowing the things to
do in the immersion. Being a responsible in immersion and I will respect their rules.

I will avoid some bad things that could happen and I will learn my mistake. In the work
immersion I will be responsible of my action to avoid accidents and failure at the work
immersion. Beginning in the immersion I will be ready or prepared myself and I will give my
effort in the work immersion.

 Narrative Report on Work Immersion

In our first day immersion, our supervisor has an orientation and the owner of the hospital Sir
Bert. Then Nurse Nene tours us in the hospital or every department of the hospital. They also
orient us about the rules of the hospital and the vision and mission too. In the second day of the
immersion, the exposure area that was assign is in the records. The in charge of the record they
taught us all about of what are in the records. Were only half day in the exposure area Doctor
Elena give orientation to us aside from that she let as make the program in the hospital. Preparing
the presentation was fun to make everyone to be happy. It is very satisfied in giving and sharing
what I have with them. In the third day we arrange the files then write the names of the patient in
a brown envelop they give the instruction on what to do. The fourth day of work immersion the
area is in finance / Accounting they teach us how to make payroll then they us task to make our
own payroll. In the sixth day in the immersion, we lecture about the vital signs, aseptic
technique, and hand washing and getting the temperature of the patient. The seventh day in work
immersion we perform the task that given to us on hand washing, performing the PPE the
process on how to do it. The eighth day of the work immersion the exposure area is in x-ray
department ate Phar accommodate us in the x-ray she teach us about the equipment and tools.
We also have a moving exam in laboratory. The experience that I have is helping me to enhance
my abilities and skills pathfinder give the best work immersion even it is hard I overcome the
struggles that I experience.

 My Workplace and I

In the Pathfinder Estate Hospital the place there is new to me the environment is different and
there many things that I don’t know but I know the workplace is good to me so that I can adjust
early. It not easy to adjust the environment that new to me but then I know in this workplace I
could learn something on it.

First when I enter the Hospital I feel nervous because I don’t know what will happened in the
hospital also the smell of the hospital is I don’t like it because my nose get irritated or not
comfortable of the smell. In other side they have good facilities, equipment, and tools they are
complete in materials that are needed in the patient. The workplace is good because in every
department in the hospital are in organize even thou that the place have a small space but still
they have the good qualities.

The workplace is good because the people in the hospital are approachable and they
accommodate us in learning something new in the hospital that we don’t know. The place is
beautiful because I see different things.

 My Colleagues and I

My colleagues and I are cooperative, active, and responsible in doing our task that given to us.
We help with one another to make our task well and have a better outcome. We do our best to
impress our supervisor and the staff in the hospital.

My colleagues in Pathfinder Hospital I know that there is a conflict happening but when there is
a task will be given to us we set aside the conflict and being a professional to everyone. No
matter how big the conflict that we have but we don’t bring it in the work immersion. We are
helping each other to produce a good bond in our work immersion that how we do it every work
immersion but something’s is changing in my colleagues.

There is unity now in our class we work together share of what we learn in the hospital. It was
much unexpected to happen but we were happy that every one of us is fine now and they are
comfortable with each other. It was the nicest thing that happened to us.

 My responsibility and I

As a student my number one responsibilities is being aware of my actions in the work

immersion. Being a responsible I have to be early in our working place, the task or the
performance should be done on time and do the best to do in the performance. Responsible for
all the things happened in the work immersion.

It is really hard to be responsible because there are thing that sometimes I cannot do it well or
perform the task. The responsibilities are tough because I have to follow the rules or I have to
follow their conditions in work immersion. But I overcome the trials, struggles and suffering to
be a responsible person. It is my responsibility to remember the things that are needed and it is
my responsibility to check the things if it is ready or not also I have to be responsible enough to
handle things that are important.

Being responsible I have to give my best to do the things that are supposed to do it in the work
immersion. I can’t avoid that I will have complex in being a responsible but I also remind myself
of what are my responsibilities.

 My Organization and I

In the organization in the hospital they give us the best learning’s that we could gain and helping
us to improve our skills and abilities that we have. They let us explore to discover something
new in our work immersion. The organization help me on doing the things that I could not do it.

The organization gives some instruction on the work immersion. They give about the
organization of what are the important to discuss. What are things that we should learn or know
in the organization! The organization gives information about the things about to happen in the
next day of the work immersion.

We always follow the organization said to us so that we can avoid some conflict that may happen
during the work immersion.

 Me as a young Professional

As a young professional I work fine and to my colleagues I ‘m being good to them at work I
respect other people I don’t have any conflict in the work immersion. Being a professional I
should set aside the problems that I have so I can focus to my task or work in the immersion.

Being a professional is not that easy because you have to follow in being formal to everyone and
set aside the problem is not that easy too. I always remember that being professional is to avoid
conflict some of the misunderstanding in the work immersion. Professional person it can help me
to think mature and it can help me to control my actions and emotion.

Being professional is very important it because it can us through our journey in life. We should
think that being professional is not being strict about the things but it helping us to be organized
in ourselves.

can enhance more my skills through the help of the hospital and the staff. You have complete
equipment’s in that can help to me. In my school I work my experiments about the different
chemicals in that potion on what is the purpose of it and it was a bit successful so that is why I
ask to work immersion in the Pathfinder Hospital because I know it will big help to me not only

Objectives

As a student in work immersion I can gain knowledge and show of what learned. Through my
learning that I got I could share my knowledge to them. Learning more in the work immersion
could help me to be better enough in the given task to me.
