Introduction

This section provides the business description, location and the source of financial

on how the business has been funded.

Description of the Business

Nutrition Fruity or what we called NutriFruity is selling a fruity roll ups. It offers a

variety of fruit combination to make it more appealing to the consumer.

Location of the Business

NutriFruity is located at Brixton Hill, Brgy. Santol, Quezon City. Since the location is

near the school, we expect that there’ll be a lot of potential consumers such as, teachers,

students and staffs that our fruity roll ups can catch their attention and be one of our

regular consumers.

Funding Requirements and Source of Funds

The source of fundwill obtain from the group members and through selling recycled

materials to the junkshop. The required amount the group needed is Php2,000.00.
Executive Summary

This section will provide and explain the VMGO, business model, business and

production positions, wealth improvement and the parties supporting the study.

Vision

NutriFruity’s vision is to be the best and fastest service food stall. Being the best

means providing outstanding quality, good service, clean and with value.

Mission

To ensure that consumer receives promptand high quality of service. To guarantee

that consumer is taken care of professionally and in a friendly manner. To provide a fair

and affordable cost but serve a pleasant and delightful meal.

Goals and Objectives

To established a remarkable and successful food stall in the food industry. Be

acknowledged for providing a “customer satisfaction” kind of service.


Business and Product Position

NutriFruity is aiming to attracts and get the attention of young and adult. Hence,

NutriFruity target the students, teachers and staffs in particular. Compared to the other

competitors, they have their own objectives and target customers. NutriFruity can be

found inside of Carlos L. Albert High School. The possible target population of consumers is

from 1000 – 1500.

Wealth Improvement Approaches

NutriFruity will start the business with fruit roll ups and drinks. To have a variation

of strategywill able to meet the needs of the consumers.NutriFruity developed three

market segments in every consumer such as students, teachers and staffs. In regards to

student, NutriFruity formed a full developed integrated new products and menus. While,

for the teachers and staffs, will be based on the menu products but with the special flavor

that will blend to their standard of taste.

The supporting parties of NutriFruity aside from our group are students, teachers

Physical Description & Location

NutriFruity stall is located inside Carlos L. Albert High School atBrixton Hill, Brgy.

Santol, Quezon City. NutriFruity chose the location for the reason that there will be lot of

potential and target consumers to patronize the stall.

Target and Potential Consumer

The potential consumers of NutriFruity are the students, teachers, staffs and

construction workers of the school. The target consumers of NutriFruity are the student

that has a population of about 2,000.

Competitors

NutriFruity is not the only stall inside the school premises of Carlos L. Albert High

School. There are stalls of waffles, shake, siomai and other types of food business.

NutriFruity will provide good service to the customers. NutriFruity offers affordable and

delicious foods for those consumers who can’t quite afford such expensive foods.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

This section shall describe the product to produce, the equipment needed in the

small business, the size of the business in terms of capitalization and scope, and the

personnel to handle the operation.

Product Description

The product of NutriFruityis called Fruity Roll Ups, an appetizer. It is a new version

of turon because instead of using a banana as the main ingredient, we used different fruits.

Equipment/Materials Needed

The equipment/materials needed are the following: gas stove, frying pan, and

mixing bowl.

Size of the Business

It is a small business.

Personnel Requirement

NutriFruityis in need of a cashier who will be in charge in receiving the payments of

the customers. A server that will prepare the orders of the customer are also needed in the

business. NutriFruity also needs a person who will serve as the General Manager

This section describes the form of the business organization, organizational


structure and the role of the owners.

FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

NutriFruity is a form of corporation because Nutrifruity want each of us is equally


dividing in task, both of us has the right when it comes in managing, supervising and
operating NutriFruity.

Role of the Owners

WronnieleenPambujan – acts as the Manager who is responsible for the operation of

NutriFruity.

Hannah Mae Penaranda – acts as the Cashier who will handle the money and budgetof the

business.

Lorrie Mae Obniala – the one who will cook the food, manage the kitchen, ingredients and

also utensils or equipment.

Christine Joy Aquino and Christian Kevin A. Gatbonton - the servers who will handle

take the orders of the consumers and responsible in observing cleanliness.


Production Plan

This section presents the production schedule, production process, equipment

required, sources of materials and estimated production cost.

Production Schedule

NutriFruity expected the estimation of 50 servings and above that will produce per

day depending in the demands of the consumers. The capacity of the consumers to be

served at a time is 3 persons per serving.

Production Process

The ingredients are the listed below:

 Cheese
 White sugar
 Fruit cocktail
 Lumpia wrapper
 Egg beated
 Breadcrumb
 Oil

The process of the production of product is listed below:

Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients and utensils or equipment that will need

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cheese and sugar. Mix well

Step 3: Fold in cocktail. Set aside

Step 4: Wrap every tablespoon of cream fruit mixture in lumpia wrapper. Seal edges with
beaten eggs. The dip in eggs and rill in breadcrumbs to coat all sides

Step 5: Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.


Sources of Materials

All major supplies like fruits, creams, wrapper, etc. will be purchase from the

supermarket (Puregold) which is located at E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave. Corner G. Araneta Ave.,

Quezon City. For one week, until a credit rating is already establish all items will be paid on

C.O.D. basis.
Marketing Plan

This section contains the following factors of the marketing mix products, price

promotion, people, packaging and positioning.

Product

NutriFruity offers a new version of Turon, instead of using banana. We used

different kind of fruits. This product is called Fruity Roll Ups. NutriFruity also sells

pineapple juice.

Price

NutriFruity’s product is very affordable, because it is only P10.00 per serving, while

the juice cost for only P5.00 per serving.

Promotion

The owners of NutriFruity will use social media platforms like facebook, instagram,

youtube, etc. to promote the product. The owners will also describe the flyers to all their

target consumers.

People

The target consumers of the NutriFruity are the students from different grade levels.

The one looking for delicious but affordable food. While, the potential consumer are the

teachers and other staffs of the school


Operational Plan

This section presents the evaluation of suppliers, purchase procedures, storage and

inventory control, and sales procedures.

Evaluation of Suppliers

NutriFruity ensures a delicious and good quality kind of food. The owner deals with

a good supplier for supplying the materials and ingredients of the product.

Purchase Procedure

NutriFruity want to satisfy the consumers and potentialconsumersstandard of

tastes or palate. In order to achieve what the consumers want, NutriFruity materials and

ingredients purchased has a great quality and the fruits are fresh to use for fruity roll ups.

Sales Procedures

NutriFruity wants a great income for the business. In order to achieve and meet the

goal, NutriFruity should satisfy and ensures that the potential consumers will continue to

patronize and support the food and be a regular consumer of the food. The owner should

continue to create a much more unique type of fruit roll ups for the consumer to stay and

attracts more potential consumers
