Duties as a Management Consultant:

1) Preparing training program content for various types of programs like Management Development Program (MDP), Leadership Development
Program (LDP), Executive Development Program (EDP), Sustained Leadership Development Program (SLDP).

2) Providing Executive Advisory and assistance to the Managing Director of the company.

3) Engaging in all the important and top level communication on behalf of the Managing Director and the company.

4) Completing all the necessary preparations for the upcoming program such as the presentations, training manuals, hotel arrangements,
important feedback & follow-up and any brand collateral that is required for such purpose.

5) Necessary Business Development and reaching out to the target audience with the desired awareness and importance of our Management
Programs for the prospective Top Management and their companies as a whole.

6) Managing the necessary Digital Marketing preferably by way of an ERP, necessary reports, matrices and overall data management on the
basis of the updated study about the market, pricing, demand and competition in the industry.

7) Associate Consultant for the training programs and overall in-charge for the seamless task flow as we zero-in towards the program day and
ensuring that the program is a grand success in all respects.

GM (Admin Head) and Executive Advisor to CMD: Overall Admin & HR Management, Training, Escalation Management, Overall
Service Delivery at APA Group of Companies, Pune (2.5 Years).
- Recruiting, training and managing HODs, Managers, Team Leaders and Executives for engaging in successful operations and end to end
Service Delivery Management. Monitoring progress against set benchmarks and metrics to bridge the gap between the expected and actual
performances.
- Providing “Strategic Business Advice & Support” to the Chairman and Managing Director on all matters.
- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives and integrating online and other media like email, print media, social media, company
websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives for consistent sustainable growth and long-
lasting success.
- Creating effective and successful “Overall Brand Collateral” for new, existing and established businesses in Pune and gradually progressing

- Conducting Interviews (Telephonic and Personal/Face to Face) to analyze the skill sets of the candidates, identify suitability as per the
clients’ requirements, initiate recruitment process and short listing potential candidates for the next rounds till their hiring and induction.
- Managing and enhancing the performance of the team including the areas of client satisfaction, required expertise and timeliness of
commitments to ensure maximum productivity & successful Service Delivery for both; the company and the clients.
- Performing Quality Checks, delegating tasks, feedbacks/follow-ups and Task Completion Reviews. Plan, schedule and conduct performance
reviews with the team members, conduct/analyze Client Satisfaction Surveys for the overall desired results.
