Religion is the set of beliefs, feelings,
dogmas and practices that define the
relations between human being and sacred
or divinity.
SPIRITUALITY
The quality of being concerned with the
human spirit or soul as opposed to material
or physical things.

Opinion:
I agree that a person can be spiritual without being religious and
can be religious without being spiritual,because we have differents belief
about spiritual and religious,also the religious and spiritual has a different
meaning.
Explanation:
Spirituality seems to help people cope with illness,suffering and
death also spirituality also influences end-of-life decisions.
Religious beliefs may help a person navigate difficult times
when sad or tragic events occur. Many times people have stated that their
faith has helped them navigate troubling times.
