Operating through its two distinct subsidiaries, MAB is the leading home builder
and Cultural Heritage restorer and preserver in the Philippines. MAB provides a
wide range of housing products to its customers across all income segments. The
company operates through MAISON and PRESERVAR ASIA. Maison caters to the
high-end market in Mega Manila. Offering luxury houses in master-planned
communities, priced at Php10.0 million and above. Preservar Asia has served the
low-cost and affordable restoration and preservation of Cultural Heritage, priced
between Php1.0 million and Php4.0 million, in the Mega Manila area.

Almira Montes- Director and President & Chief Executive Officer. Arch. Moral,
graduated from the University of Nueva Caceres, Philippines with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Architecture and attained a master’s degree of the profession
at the University of Pennsylvania Massachussetts Institute of Technology. He
joined the Preserver Asia in 2020 as the Head Corporate

MAC RODEN M. SERRANO- Director, Controller and Interim Chief Financial

Officer. Arch. Serrano, graduated from the University of Nueva Caceres with a
Banchelor’s Degree in Architecture. He took his master’s degree at Harvard
University.

FRANCESS B. DATO- Independent Director. Arch. Dato, Graduated Bachelor of

Science in Architecture from University of Nueva Caceres who is
competitive and goal oriented. She has been practicing architecture for
past 12 years in Oakland, California as principal of her own firm SKILLS
AND ABILITIES. Remodeling houses -Architectural interior design -
Specializing in wood window and restoration and energy efficiency
improvements.

MA. ANNA FERMEL B. VICTORIA- Independent Director. She graduated

at the University of Nueva Caceres with Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
She is a licensed master plumber and a Real State Appraiser.

NEIL CHRISTOPHER DIAZ- Independent Director. Arch. Diaz, is a

graduate of BS Architecture at University of Nueva Caceres. He took his
master’s at the University of the Philippines, Los Banos.

JOHN PAUL B. BUENSALIDA- Corporate Secretary. Arch. Buensalida,

graduated from University of Nueva Caceres. He took his master’sdegree
at the University of Sto. Tomas.

FRANCIS ROI RODRIGUEZ- Chief Legal Counsel, Compiance Officer and

Chief Information Officer. Graduated BS architecture at the University of
Nueva Cacere. He owned an Architectural Firm in Naga City, Bicol.
JOHN CRISPIN A. SERRANO- Managing Director, MAISON. Arch.
Serrano , graduated from the University of Nueva Caceres with a
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He took his Master’s at the University of
Sto. Tomas.

GERLYN MAE OLVIDO- Managing Director, Preservar Asia. Graduated at

the University of Nueva Caceres s a bachelor’s degree holder in
Architecture. Her specializations are landscaping, Interior designing and
mostly in Green Architecture.
