Circle Head HR (Manager HRD)
• Coordinated HR operations for all the Reliance Initiatives
in Karnataka, with total staff strength of over 2300.
Assisted the state level organization to grow from 3
members to 2300 members.
• Set up operational and functional teams for Reliance’s
Infocomm, IT, Insurance businesses in Karnataka.
• Supervised HR service delivery /operations of all
Reliance entities in Karnataka with the help of 8 team
members. Looked after all employment contracts.
• Acted as Corporate HR lead for the IT Ventures of
Reliance. Provided HR operations/strategic intervention
support.
• Managed state level and National level technical and
Non-technical recruitment .Recruited more than 2000
employees. Recruited function heads, and location
heads for various business functions within Infocomm
Karnataka.
• Assisted the Corporate office in recruiting and setting up
an OSS and BSS team in a timely manner
• Devised and implemented an outsourcing process
model and ramped up the first ever-outsourced sales

network, with 70 members for Infocomm to support the
growing need of sales acquisition. This low cost model
has, later on, become an accepted benchmark practice
in Reliance.
• Associated with a team from ‘Mckinsey’ and facilitated
the preliminary designs of the National Channel Partner
training programme for Reliance Infocomm.
