complete handbook for the User of this Product.

This manual has been consciously complied, absolutely from the user’s point of
view, towards the better utilization of these products of all manufacturers. We are
confident that by thoroughly going through this manual, you can be certain of,
knowing more about these products and the various aspects governing them, for
better performance. This manual is an effort in balancing this equation to get a
mutually satisfactory result. Rectification / Replacements etc., have become a
mandatory schedule in every supplier’s end. Although, it is welcome, based on the
evaluation and study of the complaints and observation, we also thought that a little
more care and awareness is definitely required at the user’s end, which can bring in
solutions in-house and at the least possible times. This not only results in avoiding
any chaotic situations between the user and supplier but also eradicates the
production breakdown time, which would be the prime interest of any user.

Hence, we insist that the manual be studied in detail and the said to be implemented
on the various aspects governing the life of the punches and dies & tablet presses.

01: INTRODUCTION & WORKING PRINCIPLES

 “ALLIED” Standard Conveyor is a self-contained unit ideally suited for

Conveying purposes. Our Packing conveyor is made out of the SS 304
material quality to give the smooth finish. The entire surface is Matte polished
to give the uniform and the best finish. The total length of the machine is 11
Feet + 4 Inch. Our Conveyors are design with the self-aligning bearings,
which ensures smooth and trouble free rotation of the rollers and the
mechanism. Bonfiglioli-motor with VFD (Variable Frequency drive) will be
provided for adjusting the speed.

 Legs provided are of height adjustable type. Bolts and Nut arrangement is
provided on each leg for the height adjustments.

02: INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNPACKING AND CHECKING

 Unpack the case and crate carefully under the supervision of a responsible
person
and remove the contents without trying to force any package.

 Check contents with the packing note.

Should any shortage observed in the first check, the cases, individual package, also
the Packing material should be thoroughly searched for a second time in the
presence of a Components, the matter should be immediately brought to the notice
of M/s. Allied. Unit no.: 17, Param Industrial Estate, Naik Pada, Waliv, Vasai (East), Thane-
401 208 Maharashtra, INDIA. Telephone Nos.: 91+250+2451673/74, 6451697 giving full
reference of supply.

 In case of breakage or damage, the nature and extent of each article,

component or
Equipment should be documented in clear and precise terms and report must
be sent to the supplier with in a week of the receipt of the supply.

 All the parts and components should be thoroughly cleared of packing

materials before assembly with particular reference to moving parts.

 All contact parts should be washed thoroughly with warm water and soap
before equipment is put into production.

03: INSTALLATION OF MACHINE

 The machine is made out of self – contained portable type body.

 Ensure that the basement is perfectly level.
 Connect 3 phase 440/230 volts 50 cycles AC Electric supply though a suitable
isolator and the stator.
 Tighten all nuts and bolts (there is a possibility of their getting loosen during
transportation)
 Ensure effective earthing to the equipment.
 Electrical:
 The electrical connections should be tight and properly connected.
 Both motor and driving connections should be maintained to give
clockwise rotation.
 Run the machine for desired product time to be established on trial.
 Stop the machine and remove the Material from the machine.

05: Description of Machine

 The machine consists of Square pipe frame & Driving units on base of body.

 Motor fixed on directly to bottom plate

 Bonfiglioli Motor with VFD (Variable frequency drive) provided to adjust the
speed from Minimum 0 rpm to Maximum 1400 rpm.

06: DO'S & DON'TS:

DO’S

Carry out an in house inspection of the received Equipment before installing. The
inspection has to be carried out with a proper inspection instruments.

Make sure that the Equipment received are in accordance to your order, with respect
to the model no., sizes, MOC, surface finish, dimensions, quantity etc. Make a report
for your records.

 DONT’S

Do not collide the equipment at the time of installation, cause this may damage the
performance of the product.

Never use hammer directly on the equipment.

Do not use cotton waste for cleaning the equipment. Use only lint free cotton cloth.
