above from 70% to at least 75% Field Adviser
including Adult which is from District Commissioner
143 to 150 Institutional
Scouting Representatives, Adult
Leaders, Barangay Council and
Parents also the internal and
external stakeholders.

2. TRAININGS
2.1.To conduct orientation and  Orientation of July - March District GSP Coordinators,
regular meeting with the Girl Twinkler/Star/Junior Fund/Donations/ Institutional Heads,
Scout Coordinators Coordinators MOOE/Canteen Field Adviser
(Twinkler/Star/Junior)(preferred  Regular monthly meeting District Commissioner
schedule – once a month) to  Learning/training sessions
give them updates as well as & Socializations
to form a community of
learners about scouting.
2.2.To recommend Troop  Recommend participants July- September MOOE/Self Institutional Heads,
Leaders for trainings at least 4 to different trainings thru a provision Field Adviser
for Basic Course, 4 for District Memorandum District Commissioner
Specialization, 3 for Outdoor
and at least 1 for Campers
Permit
2.3 To recommend / send  Recommend participants August1 6-18, LGU Troop Leaders
participants to Junior Patrol thru District Memorandum 2019 and Subsidy/Self Institutional Heads,
Leaders Training with at least 5 July - Provision Field Adviser
Patrols (30 Junior GS) September District Commissioner
3. PROGRAMS 1. To participate in the different  Conduct School-Based October, LGU Troop Leaders
scouting activities Encampment November, Subsidy/Self Institutional Heads,

2. To participate in the Magic  Orient Troop Leaders July - May MOOE, Girl Scouts
Spot Project  Conduct District Contest Canteen, Troop Leaders

3. To recognize both Troop  Conduct district search for October- District GSP Girl Scouts
Leaders’ & Patrol Leaders’ the Most Outstanding November Fund Troop Leaders
genuine efforts in support to Troop Leader & Patrol Institutional Heads,
GSP Programs through Search Leader Field Adviser
for the Most Outstanding Troop District Commissioner
Leader & Patrol Leader
4. FUNDRIVES 1.To support the GSP  Campaign for the GSP October - LGU Subsidy/ Girl Scouts
movement by subscribing to fundrive November Voluntary Troop Leaders
Institutional Heads,
fundrives with at least 80% of Field Adviser
the district’s girl enrollment District Commissioner

2. To raise district GSP fund  Districtwide scouting October- Donations Girl Scouts
through popularity contest for November Troop Leaders
