WHEREAS the Vendor is the Sole and absolute owner and peaceful possessor and
purchaser of Part of Land, measuring: 847.0 Sq.yards (East Side) or Ac.0-07 Guntas,
in Survey No. 132, situated at GAJULARAMARAM Village, Quthbullapur Mandal,
, Ranga Reddy District, Vide Registered Partition Deed bearing Document 4173 of 2012,
Dated: 26th March '2012, Registered at Sub-Registrar Office, Quthbullapur, and same land
was Sub-Divided into house site plots with permission of concerned authorities.

Whereas , the VENDOR/AGPA Holder has offered to sell a Pilot

134 and 135, total measuring: 400.0 Sq.yards( i.e. each Plot measuring: 200.0 Sq.yards), "
in Survey No. 132, situated at GAJULARAMARAM Village, Quthbullapur Mandai, under,
GHMC QUTHBULLAPUR Circle, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. from the!above, said Property
to the VENDEE and the VENDEE -herein agreed to purchase the same which is
morefully described in the schedule hereto, hereinafter called the 'SAID PROPERTY' for
a total sale consideration of Rs.72,00,0001- (Rupees. Seventy Two Lakhs Only)

NO~ THIS DEED OF AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in pLrsuance of the said


sale the VENDEE has paid a sum of Rs. 5,00,000- (Rupees. five Lakhs Only)
through Bank Transaction to the Vendor and the VENDOR and promised to pay the
rernaininq balance consideration of Rs. 67,00,000/- (Rupees. Sixt~r Seven Lakhs Only)
on or before 30 Days.

That the VENDOR hereby declare that the said land is free from al~charges, mortg~ges, "
claims, prior sales and encumbrances etc.,

That the VENDOR further declare that the said Property is free from all loans,
taxes and nothing 'is due; if any arrears are found to be payablel upto the date of this
agreement execution shall be borne by the VENDOR only.

VENDEE or on his nominees names whenever the VENDEE prefer. by receiving the full
