Note:
The Contractor shall note that all the
works in Schedule of Prices are to be
designed and built by the Contractor
and these works shall be priced
hereunder and the Contractor's rate
shall be inclusive of all ancillary and
other expenditure, whether separately
or specially mentioned and/or
described in the Quotation Document
or not, which are indispensably
necessary to carry out the works to
completion.

General:
Engagement of all Qualified
Engineers for design, installation,
testing and commissioning of required
works under the Contract for
completion of whole of the work.

A PE (Structural & Civil) 1 Job

B PE (M&E) / LEW 1 Job

Distribution Board/OG Box

C Design, supply, install, testing and 1 Job
commissioning of Distribution
Board/OG box shall incorporate all
the items as set out in the Drawings
and comply with the requirements as
per specifications.

D Lightning Protection System

Lightning protection system to 1 Job
lighting poles

 E Earthing System
Earthing System shall be in 1 Job
accordance with SS551:2009,
Singapore Standards Code of practice
for Earthing.

F Bollard Lightings
Include bollard lightings with all 1 Job
necessary mounting/ support,
stainless steel screw mounted on
concrete base, light fixtures assembly,
bollard erection, cable connection
inside bollard, supply, installation,
testing and commissioning in
accordance with the Drawings and
specifications

The Contractor has to achieve the

required lux level stated in the
Specifications.

G Cable Installation
Design, supply, laying, testing and 1 Job
commissioning of cables (type and
size of cable shall be in accordance
with CP5:1998, Singapore Standards
Code of Practice for Electrical
Installations) including all necessary
cleats, supports, brackets, glands,
cable terminals, etc. as per
specifications. All electrical cabling
and wiring shall be laid within
conduits already provided on site.

H Conduit Installation
Design, supply, lay and joint heavy-
duty UPVC conduit pipe in trenches 1 Job
including cable detection, excavation,
saw-cutting, backfilling, jointing, end
caps, warning slab/plate/tape, draw
ropes, markers, bends, tees, etc. as
per specifications.

I Excavation Reinstatement Works

Supply all labour, plant and material
to allow for reinstatement of all 1 Job
existing surfaces which have been
damaged during the execution of the
Works, such as park connector, road,
concrete paved surface, kerb and turf
area, etc. to the satisfaction of the
Board and generally to a condition at
least same as the original ground

 surface before the Works commenced.
Road resurfacing works, including
milling & patching of asphalt road,
repainting of road markings,
replacement of road kerb, restoration
of road signs and street furniture, etc
in accordance to Code of Practice for
road opening works published by
LTA.

J Project Signboard
Installation of project signboard as
shown in drawing. The signboard
shall be removed after the completion No 1
of the works as per drawing and
contract specifications.

Any Other Items

The Contractor shall allow and

provide hereunder for works not
covered by the foregoing items but are
either indicated on the Drawings or
described in the specifications or
alluded elsewhere or which is deem
necessary for the proper execution and
satisfactory completion of the overall
Works. No extra claim or
compensation arising from the Works
due to lack of knowledge or any
omissions of incidental/ancillary
obvious works will be entertained.
