1. Project Initiation:, Preparing phase wise development plan, identifying probable resources required, analyzing

2. Project Planning: Preparing Baseline line Schedule. Analyzing critical milestone activities, making clear
understanding to all concern. Getting Management approval for all the resources required alongwith schedule. Good
Knowledge of Software like; Primavera etc.
