Building & Maintenance Manager at Wisma KEIAI (27 Floors + 10 Floors of Car
Park)

Provide and recommend the best treatment for problems that occur, impose
rules and company regulations, be a liason between the residents / owner /
tenants and management / company
Managed building operations Wisma Keiai Building ( 27 floors office tower and
10 floors car park) such as Engineering MEEP, Costumer Relation, House
Keeping (Cleaning Service, Pest Control, Gardening, Safety, Fit Out & Project
Inspect the entire building on a regular basis, suggesting the maintenance and
improvements, schedule / supervise any repair work, select and supervise the
performance of the contractors
Oversee and coordinate each employment so as to create a harmonious
working relationship
Signed any documents relating to management and coordination with related
supervisor
Ensured that each division can responsible for the jobs done correctly and on
time
Provided input / advice / ideas / considerations related to management
Implement policies and procedures together, conduct / oversee the Building
Management activities, preparing reports and lease documents, supervise and
conduct trainings for all employees for the creation of reliable human resources
Prepare / arrange and manage the annual budget and prepare
estimates/projections of expenditure and revenue costs of operating the
building
Streamline any expenses associated with building equipment such generators,
electricity etc
Evaluating work performance every employee
Create and collect data to be subjected to quality in performing the procedure of
ISO 9001
