Vision
The International College of Allied Health, Sciences and Technology, Inc. (ICAHST) is a Technical
Vocational Institution infused with God’s spirit and humane perspective. ICAHST aims to be the
country’s preferred TVET center for developing manpower skills to international standards.
Mission
The International College of Allied Health, Sciences and Technology, Inc. is committed to play a leading
role in producing graduates imbued with nobly accepted standards of training, stable principles and
righteous moral values to qualify and put them at par, if not higher, among competent and valuable
workers in the industries where they are accepted.
The institution pledges to fully assist students in their preparation for appropriate training programs. The
academic and technical training structure to be in place is as follows:
To create training programs that capacitate the Filipino workforce to be world class healthcare
professionals
To strengthen our communities through access to quality and cheap healthcare training

STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS
ICAHST Inc. Vocational Technical School offers students opportunities for training and skill
development that lead to rewarding employment, and provide a well-rounded education that inspires
lifelong learning. By developing students’ abilities through diverse curricula, including a wide range of
instructional settings, ICAHST strives to bring students to their highest potential in the attainment of
academic and vocational-technical excellence.
ICAHST Inc. encourages students to engage in individual, group, and team activities. In conjunction
with the vocational-technical curricula, these activities foster productive and responsible citizenship in
today’s technical society.
Graduates of this program can install, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, repair
biomedical equipment, assess and refer biomedical equipment.
2. MASSAGE THERAPY NC II
Training graduates can work within a holistic therapeutic massage framework: to promote
healing, to alleviate pain and discomfort, to hasten recovery, to initiate relaxation and to
improve the well-being of the client/patient.
Graduates of this training program can work within a community development framework,
prepare for work in the community service industry, support community resources, provide
primary/residential care, support community participation, recruit and coordinate volunteers,
develop and provide health education program in the community, implement health promotion
and community interventions.
5. HEALTHCARE SERVICES NC II
Program graduates will have the skills in performing the duties and responsibilities of hospital
nursing assistants and primary healthcare workers.
6. TRAINING METHODOLOGY NC I
Training graduates, plus their occupational qualifications, can become trainers and assessors
for learners / candidates under the TESDA’s TVET training and qualification program and
DECS’s K-12 Tec-Voc component.

ICAHST can share our expertise in outcome-based training and TVET methodologies
in developing occupational standards for industry stakeholders

Skills training scholarships
ICAHST can assist financially-challenged but deserving trainees to obtain TESDA NC
certification in our offered programs through free skills training.
Community Health screening programs
ICAHST can provide support, through our partners, in implementing screening
programs for communities in partnership with Industry stakeholders.
Wellness Programs for rural communities
ICAHST can assist in delivering the government’s primary health care services through
agreed capacitation mechanisms.
