details among friends and groups that have been created. It should be
safe, secure and reliable all the time.

4. Reliable and Performance requirements on Internet connection at Resorts:

 Resort which joins SBRU’s should have reliable internet connection,
especially if it is registered as an international branch. Depending on
usage and need of resort, internet speed has to me maintained.
Installation of dedicated central server is mandatory for reliable access of
data. As local sever provide greater bandwidth allocation SBRU’s can have
an edge on their facilities. Error checking and troubleshooting is to be
done at fixed intervals to maintain proper functioning of servers.
 If it is an international resort, they need to install Firewall protection to
protect them from any sorts of attack or hacking. There should be
constant regulation on user access data.

5. Security requirements on International resort booking services, and

anticipated issues:
 Security and encryption play a vital role in payment request and process.
All payment request should be encrypted and should use TLS, because
financial information is very critical to store and access. Both Resort and
Student individually may require different level of connectivity, security
and authorization depending on their location. Resort account, having
data of room availability, reservation details, payment info and personal
information of users should be kept secure and protected by various
layers of firewall. So that no third party can access such information and
hack into the systems.
 Students from Europe, Asia and other parts of the country may not be
able to make reservation if resort website is not accessible or has some
sort of language barriers. It is mandatory for any resort website to support
multiple language interfaces, so that depending on location of user it can
change the language and text appearance.
 For International users, financial payments are also a major concern
because of currency exchanges. Hence the payments on such resort

portal should be internationally supported, such that student from any
part of world can pay using their local currency. SBRU’s can provide
currency conversion facility internally to pay resort and receive payment
from student.

6. Techniques used to collect information on functional requirements for Social

networking Subsystem:
 Social networking Subsystem should be developed according to core
market needs on what students require from social network platform. To
implement successful social networking on the system, below listed
techniques should be followed:
1. Taking survey of market to identify major issues, trends in market
and how to solve them using social network.
2. Develop Social networking platform on basis of survey conducted
and get the final product by initially releasing beta version of
software to test the system using user feedback.
3. Based on user feedback and market response make changes to the
developed system and roll out in various versions which includes
refined content, easy access, and increased reliability.
4. Build upon beta version release, complete all the necessary
requirements, come up with final version of system, and release it
in market for local user (Student) to use.
