1. INTRODUCTION:
This guide explains step by step guide to access IMCL Customer Self Care portal. Using
Selfcare portal Users can do Sign-up, Forgot Password, can add New CHANNEL/PACKAGE,
can renew their expired CHANNNEL/PACKAGE, see the activation reports, can recharge their
wallet (Only for DP customers), can change mobile number and email id, download user
guide
2. SIGNUP:
All IMCL users can do Sign Up to use the Selfcare portal. For Signup, user must follow below
process:
1) Navigate to Login page, click on register link (shown in Fig 1.0) present in
“No Account? Register”. It will navigate to Sign Up page.

6) Enter password
7) Confirm password
8) Enter mobile number, if you want to change existing one
9) Enter Email Id
10) Click on Sign Up Button, after clicking on sign up button user will navigate on
OTP verification page.

NOTE: - Password must be contain at least one capital latter and one number and it
must be 6 digits.
3.FORGOT PASSWORD:
1) On login page Forgot Password link is available, after clicking on that user can
navigate on Reset Password Pop-up as shown in fig- 3.1

4.LOGIN:
Go to http://ccare.incablenet.net/. Login page is displayed asking for Select
Authenticate Using from dropdown and Enter Authenticate using type and Password.
After clicking on proceed button user should be able to log in into portal.

5.PLANS:
In Plan Tab user can see options 1- Subscribe Plan, 2- Renew my plans, by using Plan tab
user can add new plans(CHANNEL/PACKAGE) and renew their expired plans.
For add new CHANNEL/PACKAGE user need to click on subscribe plans, for renew
expired plans user need to click on Renew my plans
Note: -User can also filter the plans by passing plan name/amount/Plan type in
Search text field which is visible below the subscribe plans button
3- Select plan
4- Select tariff period
5- Click on Subscribe Plans button, after clicking on subscribe plans button user
can see Payment confirm pop-up as shown in fig 5.1.1
6- Click on Pay button

7- After Clicking on Pay Button User will navigate to payment gateway page
(Paytm/TPSL) as shown in fig 5.1.2
8- Select payment option (Debit/Credit Card) or User can select Paytm wallet
option or saved Details (If user saved any card details)
Note: - For TPSl Payment Gateway refer fig 5.1.3
9- Enter Card Details
10- Click on Pay Button
11- After success/failed payment user can see Success/failed payment message on
portal as shown in fig 5.1.4
12- For success/Failed payment user will receive a message on registered mobile no.

Using TPSL User can also use net banking option or can use Debit/Credit card For
payment.

Note: -User can also filter the plans by passing plan name/amount/Plan type in
Search text field which is visible below the Renew plans button
1- Select plan
2- Click on Renew Plans button, after clicking on Renew plans button user can see
Payment confirm pop-up as shown in fig 5.2.1
3- Click on Pay button

After Clicking on Pay Button User will navigate to payment gateway page
(Paytm/TPSL) as shown in fig 5.2.2
4- Select payment option (Debit/Credit Card) or User can select Paytm wallet
option or saved Details (If user saved any card details)
5- Enter Card Details
6- Click on Pay Button

6- Reports:
6.1 Activation Reports
User can see the activation report by using some simple steps: -
1- Click on Reports Tab from Header
2- Click on Activation Reports option under the Reports tab as shown in fig 6.1.1

7-Subscriber Corner
By Clicking on Subscriber Corner user can see the profile details, Subscribed
Services, CPE Details and billing details as shown in fig 7.0
7.1 Profile
In profile section user can see the profile details like- Name, Account number,
Address, Aadhar details, Email, and Mobile number as shown in fig 7.1.0
User also can update the Mobile number, Email id and Aadhar number at any
point of time by using simple steps: - 1- Enter New details (Aadhar, mobile no or
email id), 2- Click on update button

7.4 Billing
In Billing section user can see the billing details, for full details user can click on
Details button as shown in fig 7.4.1

8-Ticket
In Ticket Section user can Create the ticket with select ticket type and can see the
created ticket or can close the ticket at any time
1- TO Create ticket 1st click on Ticket tab from header
2- Click on Create Ticket button then one pop-up will be display as shown in fig
8.1

3- Select Category Id
4- Select Category
5- Write Description
6- Click on Create as shown in fig 8.1
Close Ticket: -To Close the ticket User need to click on CLOSE TICKET button
then one pop-up will display, on pop-up user need to click on yes to close the ticket
as shown in fig 8.2

9-Download
9.1 Download User Guide
1- To Download User Guide User 1st need to click on Downloads tab from
header
2- Then Click on Download User Guide as shown in fig 9.0
3- After clicking on download user guide option automatically user guide
will be download
10-Logout
To Logout User need to click on logout option from header as shown in fig 10.0
