or geographic spread. Our centralized Products Unit is equipped to handle any claim and partner with our team of
specialized in-house resources or yours to thoroughly investigate, evaluate and mitigate claimed damages. We protect

Our centralized dedicated Products Unit provides a Claim professional
assigned to each account to help establish strong customer relationships
and actively develop and pursue strategies needed to manage your claims.
Experience and knowledge: Our dedicated Claim professionals average
20+ years experience. The Claim professional assigned to your account
will learn how your products are designed and how they work from your
product specialists and engineers before a claim is made.
We work with a broad range of consumer products, including
but not limited to: Consumer products including cosmetics, toys,
garden equipment, kitchen equipment, sporting equipment, furniture,
electronics and food. Commercial/industrial products from motor
manufacturers, heavy duty equipment manufacturers, automotive
part manufacturers, water distribution systems, elevator repair and
manufacturers, auto/trucking, medical, fabrics, construction and
distributors’ products.
Extensive in-house resources to help mitigate and evaluate loss
Risk Control engineers and specialists work with our customers and
Claim professionals to help prevent losses.
Travelers Investigative Services: One of the largest and most complete
investigative units in the industry with nearly 300 trained experts and zero
tolerance for fraud.
Nationally accredited forensics lab: Scientists and engineers bring
investigative expertise to complex loss scenarios, conducting research,
analysis and causality determination.
Dedicated Medical professionals: General liability nurse professionals
partner with Claim professionals on issues of medical causation,
appropriateness of treatment and complex conditions.
Legal experts: Extensive legal resources including staff counsel and a
national network of panel counsel with specialized expertise to handle the
defense of any type of products loss, from routine to complex.
Mass torts center of excellence: Specialists in managing events of scale,
which have the potential to profoundly impact our customers’ businesses.
