You must complete all information in the relevant section. We do not send invoices for student admission fees.

The Institute and Faculty of C.A.R.E accept no responsibility for any loss or interception of this information during
transmission by any medium.
The fee for non-resident Indians and foreign nationals will be $ 1000 US dollars.

The course fee and the application fee must accompany this application. Applications submitted without the
necessary fees will not be processed and will be returned.

Section 6 – NOTE TO CANDIDATES & RULES & REGULATIONS

This section must be signed by applicant.

Before signing this declaration, you are strongly advised to read the, Rules and Regulations of the Institute.
 Postal charges extra and varies (Within and out of Chennai)

 Examination Option: (a) Onsite (Examination At the Centre) (b) Online (Online Examination + Assignments).

 Payments can be made by Cash / Paytm.

 Onetime payment is very much appreciated.

 Incase of installment, only 2 installments are permitted with an extra of Rs.500/- on the opted course fee.

 To know the installment break ups, you may call the academy.

 Albums to be couriered to the centre for evaluation along with a letter authorized by the Head of the School in the
nursery section (with school seal) for a 5 days observation visit along with (viva voce report) your Visit Report Duly
attested by the class teacher / Head of the school / Correspondent (With School seal).

 Your Evaluated Practical Records will be sent to you after receipt of the courier charges.

 All the above fee is inclusive of admission fee 2500 INR

 Certificate issued after completion of the Training Programme is an Institutional Certificate with BSS
CERTIFICATION.

 Management has full authority to dismiss any student teacher if ill mannered.

 In case of non-completion of course on or before the duration of the opted course, the candidate will be
permitted to renew the programme only once for immediate 2 months (60 days) from the course expiry date
by paying a revival fee of Rs.5000/- .Therefore, candidates are advised to kindly keep a track on their course
duration and finish the programme on or before the said duration.

 Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for future session.

 Management has full authority to admit or refuse admission without giving any reason.

 Full fee will be collected even if the candidate withdraws the course for any reason.

 Any dispute will be in the jurisdiction of Chennai.
