    Subject: Application for Hostel Allotment

    Dear Sir,
    Most respectfully it is stated that I am a PhD scholar (2015-PhD-chem-01) at Chemical
    Engineering Department. My PhD thesis has been submitted for evaluation and examination. I was
    living in Sir Syed Hall (Room No 72) and due to summer vocations, the allotment was cancelled.
    Currently, the hostel is open for PhD scholars and Research graduates. As I am from out of city,
    kindly re-allot hostel room.
    I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
