1． Reading Cards

3． Turning Off

2．Turning On
Press the button to turn on the reader. It may display the
current time. when GS-6000E doesn't read card; the LCD
screen displays the current time and the previous card
reading data number in sequence.
4． Data Upload
Connect the communication station to the PC USB port,
and place the probe reader in its indentation.
Running inspection management software , clicking
"Read Probe" operation button, and the software system
will automatically read inspection probe number,
automatically calibrate the probe’s internal clock time,
upload, save and process data, etc.

5．First-Time Usage
Before reading signal cards, should connect the probe
with the PC first, and start the software to calibrate the
reader’s internal clock. Wait until it automatically shuts
down before performing readings.

Trouble shooting （GS-6000E）

Failed to Scan Signal Cards

Solution 1: After communicating with the PC, wait for
the probe shutting down before starting to scan signal
cards again.
Solution 2: The reader’s memory may be full. Connect
with a PC to upload data before scanning more signal
cards.
Failed to Communicate with PC:
Solution 1: Make sure that the PC software is operating
properly, Select " GS-6000D,E,F " among the inspection
“probe type”, click "Read Probe" operation button.
Solution 2: Make sure that the GS-6000T wireless
communication station is properly connected to the PC,
and that it has been found by the PC software, select port QUALITY SOURCE SPECIAL
(it's COM3 under most scenarios, or view CP2101
converted port number in the device administrator).
