Trouble shooting (GS-6000E)

Failed to Scan Signal Cards


Solution 1: After communicating with the PC, wait for
the probe shutting down before starting to scan signal
cards again.
Solution 2: The reader’s memory may be full. Connect
with a PC to upload data before scanning more signal
cards.
Failed to Communicate with PC:
Solution 1: Make sure that the PC software is operating
properly, Select " GS-6000D,E,F " among the inspection
“probe type”, click "Read Probe" operation button.
Solution 2: Make sure that the GS-6000T wireless
communication station is properly connected to the PC,
and that it has been found by the PC software, select port QUALITY SOURCE SPECIAL
(it's COM3 under most scenarios, or view CP2101
converted port number in the device administrator).
