Usage & Maintenance Instruction

1. Technical parameters:

1) Environmental temperature: -25—40 degrees

2) Nominal flow: 30L/min×2

3) Rated pressure:16MPa

4) Power: 11KW×2

5) Voltage:AC440V, 60HZ

6) Rated rotary speed: 1440r/min

7) Protection class:IP56

8) Control voltage: AC220V, 60HZ

9) Working medium: HM-32 or HM-46, Oil cleanness class should be

better than NAS10

10) Oil suction filtration class: 80um

11) Oil return filtration class: 20um

2. Installation

1) Open the carton to check whether the parts damaged or the nuts

loosened. Also check the installing place, whether it is right.

2) After installing, fill hydraulic oil HM-32 or HM-46 to the reservoir

through the filter. Fill about 3/4 oil of the hydraulic gage.

3) Make sure that the running between the pump and motor is

smooth and frictionless.

4) Loosen the flow valve on the main station and start the motor by

turns to see whether the motor and the pump run in the same direction.

5) If everything is ok, start one motor ,Move the pressure of the

flow valve to 1 MPa. Change the direction of the hand-valve without

loading to see whether the pipe connection is right and whether it meets

the standard.

6) If all above is ok, move the pressure of the flow valve on the main

station to its working pressure to see if the system works well.

7) If no problem, turn this motor off , Start the other motorto see if

the system works well.

8) Pressure adjustment for electro-magnetic flow valve: When the

flow valve is cut on with power, adjust the handle clockwise, the

pressure will rise; otherwise, the pressure will go down. At last, screw

the cap. It will be unloading when power is connect flow valve.

9) Flow rate adjustment for the throttle valve: Adjust the handle

clockwise, the flow rate will go down; otherwise, the flow rate will

increase.

10) If cylinder needs to be knocked down for repairing, open manual

decompression valve (Part 18 in Schematic Diagram and Part 27 named

Plug-in High Pressure Stop Valve in General Assembly Diagram) to relieve

the pressure inside.

3. Hydraulic system maintenance & usage.

1) After one week of usage, we need to filter the oil again or change

all the oil and clean the reservoir and filter. After that, we can filter the

oil of change the oil in 3 to 6 months according to the loading condition

of the machine. This will extend the life period of the parts.

2) The working temperature of the hydraulic oil shouldn’t be higher

than 60 degrees. Control the temperature to 35-55 degrees. In winter,

when the oil temperature did not come to 25 degrees, we should first

start the heater or the motor of the hydraulic pump to run the pump

without load to make the oil temperature meet the requirement; In

Summer, when the oil temperature is higher than 60 degrees, we should

stop it and let the heat radiate.

3)When the hydraulic oil volume is less than required, please refill it.

4) When there is abnormal high temperature or noise when the

pump runs, please stop the machine and check.

5) Keep the pressure gage steady. If the pressure is not steady or

some vibration appears, please check.

6) When indicator light of oil return filter is bright, please clean or

change the filter core.

7) Keep the voltage steady to make the magnetic valve work well.

Ensure that the undulating value is no more than 5%~15% of rated

voltage.

8) If the hydraulic equipments has stopped for more than 4 hours,

when start the operation, we should first start the pump for 5-10

minutes. Then the equipments can work normally.

9) Repair or change the direction valve, check valve and other main

hydraulic units periodically.

4. Notes:

1) Do not repair when the system is still connected to the power.

2) When repairing, keep the scene clean to protect it from pollution.

3) When change the seal, protect it from damage.

4) Change the oil periodically. The oil need to meet the brand and

cleanness class.

5) After repairing, adjust according to the rules.

5. Common malfunction
