My name is Sagar , I'm a tea lover, In any locality tea is the common thing for the
people in their daily life. I want to give the good cup of tea in their daily lives, I am
an engineering dropout student, I don't have any good financial background, and I
want to create the new startup in India. I visited in North India and South India, I
saw so many brands in costumes and beverages and foods but I've not seen any
same brand tea in different places. In every locality they made their local tea, they
do not maintain as the brand tea. The consumer need the good product and
good service. There is a need for the brand tea in India, so I want to make the
brand tea(Our Chai) in India.
I’m very passionate about to make the new brand tea(Our Chai) in India.
India is the second largest producer and largest consumer of tea in the world .
But still not have any one brand tea in India. Cause they not have awareness of the
market of tea. I’m interacted with so many tea lovers they always say they need a
good cup of tea and good service. I want to fulfill their need of the all tea lovers.
Mission:
➢ My mission is to will provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Where the
Customer can receive quality food, drinks and service at a reasonable
price.

Use the quality of our service and advertising to soon become well known

Strategy:
Work hard to have the best-tasting chai(tea), treats&service in town&surrounding
areas.

Target Market:
My target market will be to anyone who enjoys the chai(tea) , but I will
mainly target people age 18 and older both male and female and who are of the
working class. The total population of my present start up location choppadandi
is 16459. Male &female are about the same. Residential houses 4,037.
Karimanagar, jagtial, ramagundam,siricilla,hyderabadh are the nearby cities to my
business location.
