compe veness of Indian Industry in the global market. With escala ng manpower and rising produc on costs, Low Cost Automa on (LCA) is a
viable survival strategy for organiza ons all across the globe. Indian Industry needs to prepare itself and take adequate measures to face the s ff
compe on that exists in the global scenario and Low Cost Automa on is one of the tools in the manufacturing sector that could help them face
these challenges. This compe on catalyzes the widespread adop on of LCA prac ces across Indian industry through sharing of the best case
studies.
