This link is to a video by SNL. They have a skit where the boss is getting fired for sexually
harassing his female employeers. They have another man who also sexually harassed the female
employeers but isnt getting fired. No one took his sexual harassment as sexual harassment because
he was a "nice, old man that could do no wrong'. Everyone jokes with him about his sexually
inappropriate action and comments because hes old and and on his death bed. But the boss does
these same things but he is the only one who gets in trouble. The point of this skit is to see how
sexual can be the jokes that everyone laughs at but is actually not okay to say. Sexual harrassment
is so normalized that some people get passes and are allowed to continue their inappropriate
behavior. Some dont even realize that a lot of jokes are to laugh at them and not with them.
