Music has always been one of important part of our life. "Music is my life", that's what many
people say. Through music, we can feel a lot of kind of feelings. Through music, we can
connect ourselves to the song that we listen to. Most importantly, music always helps to make
us feel better. By listening music, we can also boost our spirits. With the right types of song in
the right time, we can stimulate ourselves to be more productive.
These are types of music that we can listen to when we struggle at work.
A study by BMS College of Engineering, found that a slow tempo song with 60 beats per
minute can decrease stress and give relaxation to people who listen to it.
As we can see music is not only useful to entertain us, but it can also be used as a media to
increase our productivity. With the right types of music, we can boost our spirits in doing
something.
