1. How would you describe yourself?

I am a very enthusiastic person who loves to see my self growing. I set myself certain
targets to achieve and I work hard to fulfill those targets. I love competition and like
to take up challenges in work.
2. How would you describe your ideal job?
I would describe it very demanding in terms of work load. It requires lot of
motivation and communication skills to persuade customers to mould them. It is a
very challenging job. This gives more satisfaction. My capabilities are tested in this
job and that part I love the most
3. Why did you choose to work in this company?
This company gives me independence in decision making and self determination to
do what I like that most appropriate to do in a particular situation and I think that
is essential for an employee to grow

Decentralized decision making and how much I learn myself

I live in a far off village in India. I have been able to break the shackles of poverty
and ignorance to get education which is normally not possible where I live

17. Have you ever worked with someone that you did not get along with as part of a
team? How did you handle that situation?
While I was working with my Previous Organization there was a guy who was very
rude and disrespectful to the staff particularly to women. I didn’t directly scold him
but firstly praised him about his good qualities and later on told him that he can
become even better if he made some slight adjustments in his behavior
18. How do you feel about the possibility of relocation?
I have relocated myself several times. First I relocated when I was studying in class 8th
when I had to leave my village and come to town Chapra to do my Colloguing Then
I came to another state of India Utter Pradesh to study in Aligarh Muslim
University(AMU). So I am used to relocation and this is not problem for me

I have the requisite qualities which are needed for this job. My experience of several
years has capacitated my enough to give me myriad skills which I think come only
after working for a long as time. I have come from a long a way being from a low
socio-economic background to get university level education and these things have
made a very tough individual
