NARRATIVE REPORT

SY 2018-2019

On February 10, 2018. I conducted Early Registration in Kindergarten and Grade 1. I

started the registration at exactly 8:00 o’clock in the morning. Some parents brought their young

children with birth certificate as one of the requirements. I registered three young children in Kinder

and fifteen young children in Grade 1 with the total of eighteen.

We ended our registration at exactly 5:00 in the afternoon.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON
EARTHQUAKE DRILL

In line with the campaign to be safe by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and

management Council empowered by the Department of Education, Tuburan Elementary

School conducted its quarterly earthquake drill last June 21, 2018 at exactly 2:00 pm and

to join also the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill. The School DRRM Coordinator

together with the teachers led the said activity.

Before the drill there was a short orientation towards the activity on why and how

it is done.

The next thing we do is we already conducted the drill. We underwent the different

phases of the drill.

The said activity was successful because all children were informed on what to do

before, during and after an earthquake. And we did the drill safely and smoothly.
