CONCLUSION

We all know that humans are not perfect, we do not know everything. Just like

overstaying students, they overstayed in their studies because they were victimized by the

error of the system. Agricultural students are struggling to their college’s system, the lack of

faculty and the unavailability of the subjects of every semester because of prerequisites

subjects. But the lack of faculty has a very good reason and it is because the college of

agriculture is not accepting faculties that are not good and have bachelor degree. But then

again it affects the availability of their subjects which is the reason they have a lot of

overstaying students.

But these factors of overstayed are not the hindrance of agricultural education and

extension students to fulfill their dreams, goals and achievements in life but these are the

reflection or lessons, morals to face our obstacles and problems in life.
