CAREER OBJECTIVE

I have had a strong interest in aerospace Engineering ever since when I was a child. When I was Eight
years old, one of the biggest aeronautical event for Indians was when astronaut Kalpna Chawla traveled to
space in shuttle Columbia in the crew STS 87. I was entirely fascinated by the mystery of our universe
and the marvelous technology of sending a spacecraft to such a faraway place. Since then, my dream has
been to build a sophisticated spacecraft such as Columbia and contribute to humankind with new
discoveries, which might change our life.
I pursued my Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace Engineering with enthusiasm at Institute of
aeronautical engineering for Information Technology, Pune (India) Under the Indira Gandhi
National Open University, New Delhi.

My special interests are in the field of Design and Analysis so I am also highly interested in Aerospace or
Mechanical structure systems which is a multi-disciplinary field whose objective is to produce structures
that meet all the requirements of properly optimized and working system. Airframe design is a field of
aerospace engineering that combines aerodynamics, materials technology and manufacturing methods to
achieve balances of performance reliability and cost. Computational Mechanics of materials and
structures is the domain which satisfy all of the above requirements. The main responsibility is to ensure
the structural integrity of the flight vehicle or any Mechanical system while keeping the weight as low as
possible. In order to produce a safe structure that is Optimal.

My Goals

I plan to work towards a master Program in DESIGN AND ANALYSIS with a focus in Aerodynamics
and structural Engineering. I would also like to follow up my interests in Aircraft/Spacecraft design
through my course work. I feel that this should be my next step on my road to a research career in
aerospace Engineering or mechanical engineering, and my plans after finishing this program is to gain a
vast knowledge in Design and Computational engineering Science.

 I would like to work in a BIG GROUP MNC like BOEING AND AIR BUS.
 Later I would like to setup my own business in the field of Engineering Design and consultation.
 I want to gain Name and Fame in this Field.
 I want to deepen my knowledge how Engineering products works and life cycle management in
different environments.
My background & Work Experiences

I have been working with Vegazva Engineering Pvt Ltd (India) as a CAE Engineer and overall have a
more than five year of experience. I have good experience in designing Aerospace as well as Mechanical
Products and have good hands on experience in Catia and Solid-works Cad software. I have good
knowledge in analysis and optimization of above-mentioned products using Ansys workbench and Solid-
works analysis tools.

The undergraduate curriculum in Aerospace Engineering at Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering
and information technology, Aerospace introduces me to a wide variety of engineering subjects like:

Mathematics-I,II,III, Engineering Mechanics, Computer fundamentals, Programming C, C++, Strength of

Materials, Aircraft Structures, Material Science, Fluid Mechanics-I,II, Aeronautics, Machine design,
Thermodynamics, Aircraft Systems, Aerodynamics-I,II, Propulsion-I,II, Flight Mechanics, Engineering
Management Principles, Aircraft Safety & Maintenance, Control Theory, Environmental Science,
Composite Materials, Quality Engineering, Aircraft Design/ Launch Vehicle/ Rocket, Rockets and
Missiles, Space Dynamics, Rocket Propulsion, respective LAB's etc.
While offering both depth and breadth across this field, these courses put into perspective the importance
and relevance of Aerospace Engineering and the application of its fundamentals in the real world.

Why this University?

I am much eager to adopt and know new technologies. I am enthusiastic to attend a Master of Design
Engineering in order to understand further advancements in this field. The good reputation of BITS
