The patient experienced impaired physical mobility due to neuromuscular damage from a cerebrovascular bleed in the left basal ganglia. After 4 hours of nursing intervention, the relatives were able to participate in the therapeutic regimen, as evidenced by their understanding of the situation and therapy and ability to participate in interventions rendered by the nurse. The nursing care plan addressed assessing the patient's mobility, diagnosing the cause as impaired physical mobility, and planning interventions like supporting affected parts and allowing rest periods to help recovery.
